Just ok so far

I was excited to try this probiotic/prebiotic combo from Mason Natural due to ongoing GI issues. I havent noticed much of a difference since starting them but will continue to take and see. Pill size is easy to swallow.

Helps regulate

I keep these pre/probiotics in my desk at work and take it right after lunch each day. I've felt more regular in the afternoon/evenings since I've been taking them. No flavor at all and it's about the size of other pills of this nature. I've found it easy to swallow. It hasn't upset my stomach at all, but I am taking it with food.

Definitely helps

Probiotics are known to help stomach issues and started taking this in hopes of it helping. As of today, I have seen small changes but nothing significant.

Made a huge difference for me!
