Heavy handle slightly oversized paring knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a well weighted heavy handle that allows for good balance. The blade is slightly on the long side for a paring knife so be aware if you prefer a shorter blade. I like that it comes with a blade protector since I don’t intend to keep this in a block. The only thing I’m not sure of is the texture on the handle it’s self, while it will be useful when cutting things with wet hands, I fear it may get dirty.

Handy paring knife to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the stainless steel perry knife. The handle is super easy to hold and grip and the whole thing feels very sturdy uncomfortable. It cuts really well. It washes really well it sticks to the magnetic bar in my kitchen and it even has a nice cover to protect the blade. Having a quality knife is something you don’t really appreciate until you have one.

Cuisinart 3.5” paring knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cuisinart 3.5” stainless steel paring knife to add to my kitchen. My knives have definitely dulled over the years so I wanted to try some new ones, but also didn’t want to spending tons of money. This knife really did cut like butter on the strawberry I tried it on. I also really like the ergonomic handle! It’s really comfortable. The knife also has good weight to it.

High quality paring knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a new paring knife because I cut lemons every day and my current knife just wasn’t doing a good job. I not only love the look of this Cusinart stainless steel knife, it’s amazing quality and a great value. My husband is kind of a knife snob and when I showed him my new knife, he agreed it’s a great piece. It has a nice weight, the handle is solid without being bulky and the grip makes it so easy to use. It’s super sharp so it comes with a protective sheath but most importantly, it cut through my lemons like butter.

Excellent no nonsense paring knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this paring knife. The imprints on the handle are great and make this a nice and comfortable grip. The knife comes with a blade cover for safe storage, and is the perfect amount of sharp to cut through delicate tomatoes, without making a mess. I have a few other paring knives from quisinart and this Ike is my favorite. Feels expensive and is easy to use, but won’t break the bank.

Kind of heavy but still nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my little Knives, the most when getting meals prepped. Whether it’s a strawberry or cucumber or apple, I go for the pairing knife, so I wanted to get another one. I like how this knife is all one piece of metal. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to use the dishwasher, but I intend to. The handle is kind of heavy, which is the only downside. But it will get the job done

Unpleasant texture
The texture of the handle feels unpleasant. I’ve had good knives from Cuisinart before and have other knives that are a similar style, but have not taken it out of the package and will be returning due to the feel of the handle.

Best paring knife ever!
I'm used to chinzy little paring knives, and this is the OPPOSITE of what I've owned before! It balances perfectly in my hand, and I really like the weight and the texture on the handle. Looks fantastic, too! I'm going to buy more to complete my set and get rid of the terrible knives I have been using.

Heavy and not sharp
This is one of the worst paring knives that I have ever bought. It's not sharp enough to easily cut fruit, even after I tried sharpening it. It's also really heavy.
