    Milk supply increases and great drink

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the lactation drink mix and overall had a decent experience. The packaging is convenient with individual sachets, making it easy to stare and take on the go. It mixes well with water and absorbs easily into my routine - I took one sachet per day without any issues. The Barry flavor is okay, but for me it tastes a bit like cough powder, not the most pleasant though still drinkable. I didn’t experience any noticeable side effects. By the third day I started to see an increase in my milk supply which is important for me since i don’t produce a lot of milk. I didn’t notice much of energy boost but overall it works for my needs.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased with how well the packet dissolved. It is a little bit sweeter than I normally like. I tried mixing with a splash of coconut water, a splash of sprite, or a splash of sparkling water and definitely preferred the splash of plain sparkling water. Overall, as a mom who struggled with supply issues, I would definitely give this a consistent try based on the taste. However, I cannot confirm an increase in supply as I had already begun weaning in the months after being approved for this sample vs the time that I had received it.

The only downside is that since it’s a hydration drink you can definitely taste the slightly salty test. The mixing process was easy and it didn’t leave any lumps.
