Never flatten, stay full after 4+ years
Purchased these for my daughters over 4 years ago and they are STILL as fluffy and full and supportive as they were on day 1! These are the best pillows I’ve ever used. They don’t flatten. Purchasing two more for me now!

Like a cloud!
This pillow feels like sleeping on a cloud! I am a back sleeper who loves soft, fluffy down alternative pillows that feel like hotel luxury. This pillow is it! It’s so hard for me to find a good pillow. Most pillows I have tried are too high for my neck and give me headaches. Even other down alternative pillows push my head too high. This pillow feels supportive but doesn’t lift my head. If you like a medium firm pillow, this is not for you. This is the best, softest pillow and I highly recommend it for back sleepers who love soft pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Serta down illusion medium density queen pillows were overall really comfortable pillows. I think the medium density was a bit high for my frame and caused me to have neck pain. I would purchase this again but maybe in a different density. Very comfortable material.

Very Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows by Serta are very comfortable. They have the perfect amount of support and feel great when side sleeping. I like that there very soft and fluffy, they feel like sleeping on a cloud. These pillows are very nice quality too. I really like that you can wash/dry these pillows, this is a unique feature. I have a dust mite allergy so being able to wash them is ideal plus the fabric has an allergen barrier. I can’t say enough positive things about these pillows. I highly recommend.

Soft and comfortable

I like the density of the pillows and I feel that if there was more filling that they would be a better density because it feels that it’s not medium.
