Sent Me To The ER
I was in such pain after taking this supplement that during the middle of my work shift I had to leave early and get escorted to the hospital in an ambulance. Because I'm stubborn and need to finish what I start I pushed through, continuing use. Unfortunately, despite taking this for roughly 3 months, I haven't noticed a difference in the state of my skin.

Bad side effects, too much zinc
Gave me such bad stomach pain from the first pill that I went to urgent care. They told me it’s likely from these probiotics because it has way too much zinc. Don’t recommend.

Nausea
This gave me extreme nausea. I tried taking it a few different times, in the morning and right before bed. Every time, the second day taking it, I would get very nauseous about 30 minutes after taking it. I was hopeful this would help, but can't stomach it (pun intended).

Amazing !
I have been utilizing this product for approximately five months, and I have noticed a significant improvement in my facial condition. My skin has transitioned from being extensively covered in pimple patches to experiencing only one or two new ones each week. Additionally, I am experiencing a reduction in hormonal acne, which was the primary issue.

I’ve been using this in addition to my regular skin care routine which hadn’t yielded many results, but using this consistently has significantly been improving my skin! There’s less acne and redness and overall smoothness all over. Would definitely recommend if you’re like me and have tried almost everything for stubborn acne

However as this does tend to upset my stomach I have learned to take it at night I take most of my vitamins before I go to sleep just in case they do upset my stomach so I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference but with all of these vitamins being vegan and all natural I’m assuming it might take a few months to really be effective

Upset stomach
I want to like this product, I feel like when I first started to take it, it definitely made a difference in my skin. Recently the last few months, I have been getting an upset stomach every day nearly, regardless of what I eat for breakfast. I had to run to the bathroom this morning to make it to the toilet, that was embarrassing to do at work. Did the formula change?
