I used to love this product and it was my go to, but this was the first time I purchased this product in about 10 years and it is not the same formula. This new formula is very sticky and patchy and it transfers and it is awful.

This is a great eyeliner, especially for the winter/cooler months; however, it's not sweat proof and will transfer. Doesnt bleed/drip tho and the applicator is perfect for me- but will fade over the course of the day, especially with perspiration.

I've been looking for an eyeliner that truly lasts all day. I had high hopes for this one because it applies so smoothly, and the color is very rich. Unfortunately, as the hours went by, it began to become very tacky, and my eyelids were getting glued to the upper part, making a mess on the upper lid. After the first time, I went back and read the instructions to see if I was doing something wrong and realized I didn't shake the pencil before applying. So, the second time, I shook it very well, but I had the same issue. Mind you, I work in an office with AC, so it wasn't because of heat or physical activity. Very disappointing.

This black eyeliner actually stays pristine even at the beach when my eyes water from the wind!

Easy to apply and stays all day in!

I have purchased this same eyeliner in jet black over and over and has been my go-to for years. I didn't think I'd have a problem with trying a different color, but this one is dried out. I purchased 2 and the "espresso" color came dried up (wasn't able to use ONE) time, and I have to pay for shipping to return and don't even know if I will receive a refund for this waste because I obviously had to open the box to find out it was dry. Disappointed I have to find better options.

I can no longer wear mascara due to eye sensitivity so it is important to me to give my eyes some kind of pop. This eyeliner is the best as it is easy to use and dries very quickly. Even in hot weather it does not leak into my eyes. It is a bit pricey but worth it!

Purchased this liner hoping it would stay all day as advertised. It did not. I didn't even get a few hours out of it before it was smudging under my eyes. So disappointing. No better staying power then the local pharmacy products

I will say it's one of the better liquid eyeliners that I have tried, but it's still flakes and is difficult to get a smooth line with… Having said that, it is definitely partly because of my mature crepey hooded eye skin… I love all the other Stila products I have.. the pencil eyeliner is great so I'll just probably stick with that

I've been using Stila's liquid eyeliner exclusively for the last 10+ years. I believed in the formula so much that I never felt the need to try any other brands. Recently, I ordered 2 eyeliners and they were fine for the first few uses but quickly dried out. Normally, they would last me 2+ months of daily use. I thought it was a fluke so I reached out to customer service and they sent me replacements. To my disappointment, the replacements had the same problem. They were fine for the first few days but now are unusable due to lack of product. After so many years, I'm unfortunately going to look at other brands.

This product goes on well, once you get used to the fine tip and it generally doesn't budge. If you are like me and want to apply once that's it, this is the product for you! I've tried a lighter grey shade and either the item itself was dry or the color just is very dull. This one is wonderful!

Thought I'd give this liner a chance before making an opinion on it after it applied patchy my first time, but sad to say after many uses it continues to be patchy to apply. The pros of this product were the fine tip and ability to make a sharp wing and the color matching as advertised. The cons list is much bigger. For the price, it is not worth it considering the product is very patchy and you will have areas where there is minimal color and others with dark color. It is hard to go back and apply more on the patchy areas because it dries down very fast and removes color if you try to reapply in those places. The liner does flake off if you rub your eyes. Overall, wouldn't recommend this product for the price point it is at. You're better off with a different brand or even a more affordable brand.

I've been buying these for the last 10 years religiously, but over the last year or so every single one that I have received has either been dried out right out of the box or will last a week or so and then dry out. These used to last me 3-4 months with every day use, but not anymore. It's gotten to the point where i'm sick of returning these again and again - sadly i'm going to have to start looking for a new brand of liquid liner.

This is the easiest and best liquid eyeliner, that I've ever used. It's easy to put on. It doesn't smudge and you can make a fine line so easily. It stays on really well all day! I will not buy any other liquid eyeliner! Its simply the best!

I read an article boasting the "best liners out there". This was in the list. I was hesitant because of the price but thought, hey, if it really stays all day, it's worth it. Nope. Within 2 hours, I was missing my winged corners already. Had melted down the sides of my eyes. So my search continues for a truly "stay all day waterproof liner".

love almost everything about this eyeliner but it is definitely not waterproof. the lasting power is alright but if my eyes start to water it will fade and i need to reapply
