Smells like a nice Hawaiian hotel
Her bedroom smelled like a giant litter box before now it smells like a tropical paradise. And it picked up every single gross stain. Good on you Hoover

Neither on the bottle or the machine instructions can find how many ounces per gallon of water to use of this product. How stupid can hoover product managers be?

Like many reviews, I ordered the product on the app that indicates Cotton Breeze. But got Tropical Breeze and returned it. I think you need to update the product description/photo.

Sent wrong product
The product smells amazing. I got it as a sample with a carpet cleaner I bought. I liked it so much I bought its larger size. HOWEVER, 3 times in a row target sent me the wrong scent like others have said. I was told the issue would be fixed, and in the meantime find it elsewhere. I would give it 5 stars if they sent the correct bottle!

Ordered from Target at a higher cost specifically for the Cotton scent (as pictured), but received the Tropical version. The tropical smell just does not appeal to me, so disappointed to realize afterword that the final point in the product specs mentions the Tropical Breeze. Wish the product title/pic had reflected the actual type being sold.

Great value buying direct from Hoover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the twin pack of Hoover Paws and Claws carpet shampoo. I have a two year old Husky that I adopted as a puppy from the shelter so you can imagine the rest. The Hoover carpet shampoo has my house smelling fresh and clean and did a great job. Buying direct from Hoover.com was a great value because I can only buy one jug at the store for the price of two jugs directly from Hoover. I recommend the Hoover carpet cleaner machine also. I am very pleased with the results.

Top Notch For Pet Households
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to restore my carpeted stairs that my 3 cats and 2 dogs ran into the ground with vomiting, dirty paws, and accidents; by the time I was done those stairs looked brand new, I refilled my machine only twice and there's still plenty solution left in the gallon container.
