Heart broken
Cora you’ve lost a lifelong customer. Don’t know who thought it was a good idea to change the applicator if it wasn’t even broken in the first place? At a time when women need the most comfort and trust, now I’m having to research other options to buy because I can no longer purchase these due to the failing new applicator that gets stuck and doesn’t push the cotton part all the way through. No one has time to be digging down there to mess with a half inserted tampon!!

Ignore Bad Reviews
They work as they should, i was hesitant to try due to the massive amount of bad reviews but I don’t really understand them. It is very more than likely user error because the applicator is not that complicated to use. You have to make sure you pull back enough to hear it click, and some of the tampons aren’t as loud and obvious some are subtle. You feel it more than you hear it. I’ve had a few that I can hear and some I can only feel on my fingers when it locks. I’ve even re-done the locking mechanism to make sure it locked correctly. These are good and comfortable! Absorbency I would say is decently good, I would re-purchase.

They must have been designed by a man. The two pieces came together randomly pinched me. You have to be careful when you extend, one of the plastic pieces fell off into the toilet.

Could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to love these but disappointed. I do love that these are organic and clean with no additives. However my biggest problem is with the applicators. I’ve already wasted a few with such faulty cheap applicators. It’s great that there is no leakage but I have noticed that I end up changing these more than I would other tampons. It is also so uncomfortable when you first apply but then feels better once it’s in.

It is just so much better for your body. They are very comfortable, easy applicator and perfect petite size packaging to toss in your purse easy extend plunger once you hear the click you are all good to go! 8 hr max both regular and super in this box! Love it!

Good but Pricier than Other Brands

I have used these in the past but I haven't purchased them in a long time due to being more expensive than other brands. However, I do think this product is a great choice for all natural tampons and I would purchase them.

They completely changed the way the applicator works, and these don’t even work anymore!!!!!! You can’t even put them in. Whomever designed these needs to pay us all back for the money we just wasted on buying these in March 2026 not knowing they changed the applicator. Horrible horrible horrible horrible do not buy! March 2026 they changed something in the last month. Here’s a picture, the one on the left is the new design that you can’t even pull out. The one on the right is the original design where you actually can pull it down and push it in.

When comfort is priority!

These are 100% Organic Cotton, comfortable and thick enough for clean leak protection. Easy to grip shape and easier to use applicator. Very durable and lasted a good amount of time, until it was time to change.

Same thing everyone else is saying, applicator does not work. Bought 2 boxes and every. Single. One. Does not work. I’d rather have the old applicator back at least it worked

We’re sorry this was a frustrating experience. Our new applicator works a bit differently than what you might be used to. The key step is pulling the smaller, inner tube firmly until you hear and feel a click. This click means the applicator is fully extended and ready to insert. Then press the inner tube all the way through while holding the textured finger grip to release the tampon smoothly. Horrible new applicator!!
Why do companies insist on fixing what isn’t broken?? They just changed the applicator and it’s so flimsy! Not to mention the super plus size is NOT the same as is was a few months ago!! I literally only used Kotex my whole life. Kotex was the best and they stopped the security line of tampons and I couldn’t find a tampon to save my life. I finally found Cora and now they ruined their tampons as well. 🙄 I guess I need to find another company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cora… made to withstand an actual menstrual cycle and gives me the MOST support in my early days, which is saying a lot. I gravitated toward these initially for the benefits of what they lack (chemicals and fragrances). They’re perfect for me as a small purse girlie. They absorb, so, so, much. But I do love this multipack because my cycle changes in a matter of seconds and this one-does-it-all pack will get me through a solid two months.

Super contact - perfect for purses

I find that these tampons works great, I love the multiple sizes they offer and the materials. This product provides great coverage without worry. Applicator sucks
I love Cora tampons but this new applicator is so cheap and annoying. It is supposed to lock into place but does not. It pushes the tampon halfway in and the locking mechanism fails and then gets stuck on the tampon and pulls it out. Terrible design the other applicator was way better.
