We buy this pasta for my child who has a dairy intolerance. She is a picky eater, but this is her absolute favorite pasta of all vegan options. When cooking, the smell isn't your traditional mac n cheese, smells more earthy. It isn't a favorite with regards to my pallet, but my daughter absolutely loves it!

While I wouldn't call the taste cheddar-like by any stretch of the imagination, it did taste like some far-off cheese I'd never had before. If you're not able to eat cheese for whatever reason (food sensitivities for me), it will scratch the itch. Unfortunately I'm not really supposed to eat garlic or vinegar either, so I can't have it again, but this trial run made me a believer in nutritional yeast!

Currently at the hospital with my friend who called me in a frenzy because she ate this particular flavor of Mac and Cheese that just so happened to contain cashews for some reason. She loves this brand and has had all the other flavors, she is also allergic to nuts and because all of the other flavors do not contain nuts thought nothing about this flavor. I suggest they advertise that this particular flavor contains nuts and consumers should be extremely cautious. Thankful she is not deathly allergic, aware of her allergy, and could get to hospital in enough time.

This stuff is amazing. I find it difficult NOT to consume a whole box, alone. I often will sub a good portion of the vegan butter with some Violife vegan sour cream… less fat and more creamy goodness. The end result is a cheesy, creamy, irresistible goodness. It’s amplified by the spiral noodles, which are also absolutely wonderful, coming together with an exceptional mouth feel and fun eating experience. Words can’t describe, I am addicted. Thank you Goodles, for creating an exquisite, healthy, vegan “junk food”… this stuff raises the bar. I also don’t really feel bad about eating a whole box, it’s so nutritious! Please buy this, you won’t be sad!

As a long time vegan, and consumer of any vegan Mac n cheese that hits the market. This is my favorite. Absolutely love it. Lots of flavor and great creaminess. Just dont purchase it thinking it’s gonna taste like non vegan Mac n cheese. Thats silly.

This is literally a 10/10 nutritional wise AND taste wise but don’t go into it thinking it’ll be a boxed Mac and cheese. It’s more of a toned down Alfredo sauce, kind of like that old school Pastaroni Alfredo. The noodles are perfect, the sauce is perfect, and my picky toddler even loves it!
