Excellent coffee maker
Excellent quality and easy to operate! Love that it came with an optional k-cup filter which I use daily for my mushroom coffee. We also use pre-filled k-cops and occasionally the carafe. We like having the option, carafe is suitable with guests. It’s also very sleek looking. We have had kurig in the past and have found them not to be long lasting, hopefully this is going to be the one! So far so great!

Single serve calibration sucks.
Single serve side does not give you the amount that you set it for after you go past 8 oz. I have a brand new one,a replacement for one that had the same issue. Right out of the box I did the cleaning before use. I ran it through the setting sizes. 4oz through 8 oz worked perfect. 10oz,got 9oz, 12oz got between 10 and 11 oz. Not happy with your quality. Do better. we want to know more about the are you just waiting

Don’t recommend SS16
This is my second machine in three months. Both have had problems with the single side server despite descaling and cleaning weekly. E07 codes and horrible sounds from pump suggest to me that’s the real issue. It’s too bad because the size and look is a great idea, but the machine does not work as intended.

Love the coffee pot duo single serve. Work great! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was on the single serve it does leave some coffee grains in my cup.

Great options in this coffee maker
This is my 3rd 2 in one Coffee maker. The most recent one is an updated version which I like. It automatically shuts off after brewing the one cup. The older ones had to be switched on and off. It also brews 12 oz cups too, which the last one went up to 10oz. Its a good coffee maker.

Horrible quality. Just not reliable.
This is the third 2 in 1 that I have had that refuses to work for K-cup singe serve after a few months of activity. You have sent me 3 replacements and now the third time around I am having the same issue. I do descale the system and clean the machine regularly. I am very disappointed; and suggest someone on your design team takes a relook at the coffee maker design to rectify this recurring issue.

Disappointing
I only had my 2 In One Coffee Maker from January to April then it stopped working .

I am on the third one since December 2023. This is ridiculous. How many times do i have to keep replacing? This current one was replaced last July 2025. Is there a reason your product doesn't last past a year? I picked 1 star but if i could I wouldn't have picked any.

good coffee carafe leaks always
had this a year plus works well makes good coffee but carafe always drips coffee, no way to pour without it leaking down edge of carafe, we always leave a paper towel 6" out for the coming pool of coffee/

Great Combo Coffeemaker

Cuisinart CoffeePot Review
The Coffee maker has a tendency to overflow. Not sure what the issue is. Sometime it works perfectly, other times I am cleaning up coffee off the counter. Overall, not impresssed with this product.

Problems with my new Cuisinart Coffeemaker
The pros--it's NOT a Keurig (I had problems with them), it looks nice & it keeps my coffee pretty warm. The cons--the 2 water tank system. We use bottled water...I don't drink many k-cups, usually just a couple here & there. To fill it to minimum fill, I waste water because you can't keep it in there for more than a couple of days. Plus I've had a few disasters with the k cups splattering all over. Don't even get me started on the programming. I guess I should have researched more but I have quite a few Cuisinart products & I like every one of them I'm very unhappy right now.
