Great Device
This device works great. I wanted a blood pressure monitor that automatically syncs to Garmin Connect so I can track changes over time. Gives you blood pressure and pulse readings. The cutf fits great. Vary satisfied with this device.

Great Health Tool
I've had this product for well over a year now. It has been reliable, and from what I can tell it is pretty accurate.

Garmin BPM is perfect monitor without a separate
I use the Garmin BPM monitor, I like having one piece, not a unit with a separate cuff, perfect to take it on the road.

Excellent portable BPM
I bought this blood pressure monitor to replace a wrist monitor that I'd used for many years. This monitor is easy to use once it is set up. It consistently synchronizes with my Garmin Connect app and allows me to track trends. Adding an additional user was easy. I like that the unit is not very heavy, is portable and easy to store.

Brilliant design elements distance Garmin ahead
Biggest plus is integration with other Garmin data; additionally, ease of use is a HUGE PLUS because of the brilliant design elements: no cord, wires or tubing; a cuff that needs proper fit/adjustment only once; ease of reading and instant inclusion with other metrics in Garmin Connect.

Easy and convenient
Having crossed that magic age point where my doctor wants constant BP readings, I've used three different types. So far, this has been the best and easiest to use. No problems at all.

Convenient but not perfect.
The main reason I bought it was because it was compatible with the Garmin app. I am not giving it a five star because it is not rechargeable and it failed to operate and I had to request an exchange. It was replaced quick and easy.

Not a lot it can do
I feel it was too pricey for doing the same thing a fit watch can do

Accurate, Reliable, and Easy to Use
I absolutely love this blood pressure monitor. The readings are consistent and realistic — no random high spikes or unusually low numbers. It truly feels like a medical-grade device you can trust. The connection to my phone is seamless, and syncing data is effortless. I can quickly take a measurement anytime and easily keep track of my trends over time. It’s convenient, dependable, and gives me real peace of mind. I highly recommend this product.

Should have bought this years ago
I have been looking at BP monitors for years. Reading all the reviews as well as pros and cons. The Garmin Index kept coming up with positive results so I bought it. The unit is very easy to use. I check my BP daily using the 3 readings that give you an accurate average. Once you set the cuff up for your arm all you really need to do is put it in position and press a button. The unit does all the work. I highly recommend this.

Constant E5 error after owning for one year
Although initially convenient and useful, the device now routinely malfunctions with an unfixable E5 error.

Great device
I bought this Garmin BP monitor a month ago and it is really helping me with my daily tracking and log kept on the Garmin Connect app. The only think I wish it could do is to be able to sync the log with the Apple health app to keep all my health history in single place. Hence, the 4 stars.

One size doesn’t fit all
Turns out not all cuffs fit. My reading consistently was 40 points too high. Scared me to death! Then my doctor said that cuff was only good up to 16inches. I’m 19. My pressure was normal. Garmin has nothing bigger. However, they could easily state this prior to the sale and save everyone the trouble.

Easy to use
Works ok and is easy to set up. I like that I can keep my data in one place along with my other workout data and nutrition. I doesn’t seem to be consistent and reads a little high compared with the manual readings I get in the doctors office. I expected that this might be the case since it seems to be my experience with this type of measurement device. But, I plan to keep it to look for trends.

Works great, and makes logging easy.
A nice automatic blood pressure system that logs directly to Garmin connect. A lot of automatic ones pump so fast that they hurt, but this one is comfortable. That actually makes it more accurate, as you don't tense up as it pumps.
