Comfort food

I grew up on these and thought to try giving to my toddler. Due to the rice in it, he would get constipated. I do have another toddler that tolerates it well. I mix in with cream of wheat to make breakfast porridge before school for my older toddler. Taste really good with some milk and sugar.
