Awesome and versatile!

This is my new favorite kitchen item! It's so versatile. I use it for so many dishes that I used to cook in a skillet. The extra room makes cooking so much easier. Hand washing hasn't been a problem so far. I sometimes soak it and I've always been able to clean it nicely. Tip - do NOT use metal utensils! They will scratch the enamel.
