EXCLUSIVE HOME Modern Layer 1" Curtain Rod and Coordinating Finial Set, Matte Silver, Adjustable 36"-72"

I ordered two of these online. I received one package that included a single curtain rod, hardware & finials. The package was very damaged. I received a second package that contained only finials. No curtain rod. No hardware. I called Target who said I would need to return the items and reorder. But I can’t return them by mail unless I can fit the extra finials inside the box with the full curtain rod because they can only generate one return label. Because there is no extra room in the box I have to return to a Target store which defeats the purpose of online shopping. Apparently they came from a partner company called Town & Country who Target is unable to contact directly and cannot send me a replacement for the missing curtain rod. They are also going to expect me to return two curtain rods when I only received only one because tracking said two boxes were delivered. If you want reliable service or are on a tight timeline, DO NOT order from this company. If something goes wrong you will get zero help.

I love how the silver is matte and not shiny and the rod it's self isnt very heavy so it was very easy for me to set up and install by myself. The finials screw in and are a little smaller than a baseball. Overall I recommend the Exclusive Homes Modern rod in silver!

I love that it is easily adjustable and also came with the brackets and hardware to hang on the wall. This calls for NEW CURTAINS!!! I’m thinking a sheer cream color to match my new comforter. I love that the curtain rod is black because it’s a very versatile color, and the decorative balls on the ends make is simple, yet classy!
