The Spenco RX Full Length Orthotic Arch Supports were designed to help control, stabilize and balance the foot. These arch supports are heat moldable for a custom fit. Its SpenCore layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. Available in multiple sizes for correct arch placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. Features: Full Length provides complete heel-to-toe comfort. SpenCore Material Exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact. Moldable Arch Insert helps support and control the foot. 4-way Stretch Fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. They REALLY REALLY WORK!!
My podiatrist recommended spenco inserts for very painful my flat feet. They worked better than I ever expected. After many years of painful feet after walking short distances, the Spendco inserts have allowed me to enjoy walking again. Nothing better that that.

Wont wear shoes without these.
I’ve bought several pairs of these insoles over the years as they hold up well to the rigors of my work as a contractor. Standing on ladders and walking up and down steep roofs puts some stress on your feet and equipment; these insoles do a good job at keeping up with the work and make a difference in how I feel at the end of the day. I’ve got them in all of my shoes and boots now so I don’t have to switch them over.

Doesn't work for me
I got these for Christmas. My mom said they helped to cure her plantar fascitis. Unfortunately, they do not work for me. Maybe it is because my shoe is too tight with the insoles inserted, but the tip of the insole (under your toes) isn't stiff and crumples up instead of holding its shape, and the insole doesn't stay in place. I had to take them out, they didn't work for my Hokas.

Almost Amputated
I have been Wearing Spence supports for 40 years due to my right foot almost being amputated. The consistent support across all of their products work well for my needs. The low profile allows me to wear the inserts inside normal shoes. If I go without, my foot will swell due to inflammation. Can’t say thanks enough!!

Hard to slip into shoe
While it is a comfortable insole insert… it’s very hard to get in the shoe. It keeps folding up at the toe…. I’m not really impressed with it.

Very good for must have extra arch support
I've been using Spenco arch supports for many years. They are just as good as the custom one I used to pay three times as much for years ago. Getting them on the web is tricky. If you need hard support at the arch you have to look for that or you end up with soft support and you have to know to look for narrow vs. wide fit and finding this on their web site is difficult. The price is very good.

These seem to work for me
The 3/4 version was recommended by a podiatrist, and were effective in reducing the pain due to fallen arches. I had a pair of shoes that had enough toe room for the full insoles, so I ordered this pair. They are equally effective in reducing my foot pain. I had to trim the ends a bit to make them fit the shoes, but no problem with that.
