Works fine & easy to use but ...

The main issue I have with it is the lettering is so small & faint. Even w/the kitchen light on it's difficult to read the controls. My older one, also black but another brand, has larger and bold lettering. There isn't space to make the lettering larger Okay. BUT I don't see WHY it isn't bolder. I wanted it w/a white interior like my old one, but the bulb/lighting inside is pretty faint on this one. I only use it to reheat my food, sometimes cook an egg for an egg sandwich & occasionally defrost something. I haven't cooked anything else w/it nor used the other features. Otherwise, it serves its purpose & reheats very well. It came w/one of the "footings" at the corner too far in. So it was unstable, especially when opening the door. I put a small piece of cardboard at that corner to stabilize it. I wasn't about to return it & wait for another one just because of this.

Started food on fire after 8 months of use

super disappointed that this stopped being usable after 8 months of use. food literally starts on fire after 10 seconds of use. microwave has been cleaned and troubleshoot. I am going to attempt to use the limited warranty, but I have doubts of my success since this is sold thru a third party.

Works great

I needed a new microwave and this one works great. Very convenient, heats up evenly, and the panel is simple to figure out. Makes good popcorn and heats up leftovers perfect.

Perfect for small spaces

We needed a small countertop microwave for our office, but something that is powerful and will last since it will be used frequently. This microwave has been great! Easy to clean, convenient settings, and compact.

Nice microwave, fits and operates as expected. Runs quiet and heats food evenly. Control panel fonts could be a little easier to read but overall a fantastic product! Well made and very attractively designed.
