    The liner fell out a week after I purchased it.

    I purchased this about a week ago and the longer fell out. I can't return it because I threw the box away. Very disappointed since product is not cheap.

    The color lead breaks easily!

    The pencil lead breaks easily. I put the lead back in the pencil holder, but it kept falling out. I gave up and returned it. I bought the Benefit brand because it was on sale. I've used IT Cosmetics Brow Power universeral taupe and their pigment is much richer, so a little goes a long way. Both are about the same price when neither is on sale. I have purchased brow power for years and only once had the lead break off, but because it's creamer, I was able to put it back in and it seemed to stick to the rest of the lead inside. I was able to use until it was all gone. It lasts for at least 9 months.

    My Go To

    I have naturally ice blonde eyebrow hairs. So got figure it out. After years of trying different products and complies I have landed on this product and have consistently used it for 10 years or so. I pray to God that they never discontinue. Goes on easy, beginner friendly, and lasts throughout the day.

    OK product, just not what I expected

    I thought I was buying my usual favorite Benefit pencil, the ultra sharp Precisely My Brow, so that's my own fault. I'll keep the product for that reason. The cross section of "lead" comes out in the shape of a large teardrop. The round end of the teardrop is wide and covers a lot of surface quickly. The thin end is sharp enough to make a few hairlike strokes but not like ultrafine pencils do. This crayon lays down a lot of color, fast. I think this would work best for someone who uses a light hand and chooses a paler, grayer shade than they'd normally choose. The result would mimic a shadow rather than actual hairs. In my opinion there are other brow products that would achieve a quick fill-in more easily. YMMV, but personally I'd prefer a powder or thin pencil.

    broke immediately

    The color (cool gray) is perfect and unique and the shape of the pencil makes it easy to use. I also really like the formula. Unfortunately the pencil part broke after a couple of uses and slides out every time I try to use it. I bought this during the 21 days sale so I went back to my local Ulta and asked to exchange for a new one and was told I would have to buy another one at full price since it's not on sale anymore.

    Buying for years

    This is my favorite eyebrow pencil. I absolutely love the retractable-slanted tip it always works well and the other end has a brow brush, which is the perfect combo for an eyebrow pencil. The color will last all day as long as you don't have to itch your eyebrows.

    I really like this brow liner

    The problem is that it is TOO EXPENSIVE! $28 cost is way too much for an even smaller brow pencil. Something that, as a senior, I use everyday.

    Waste of money

    This was my favorite eyebrow pencil and I had purchased many times, but last time I bought this it broke every time I used it. Not sure if they changed the formula, but won't buy again.

    You have to press too hard to color your eyebrows. I found IT Eyebrow Pencil to be far superior.

    Not impressed with this one

    I was looking for something that was specifically designed for eyebrows as I've been just using dark eyeshadow as I have gotten older and my brows have thinned a bit. This is like a crayon. It feels waxy and unless you comb it out a lot looks really bad. I'll stick with using dark eyeshadow until I find something better. That said, I do like their- Precisely, My Brow Wax -which is like a mascara wand. I sometimes use that after I put a little eyeshadow on my brows for depth.
