Purchased 6 months ago, TV worked great the first few weeks then started to have issues. Apps won't load, tv turns off randomly, and have had to factory reset after tv would not turn on. It seems this tv is no longer in production and thank goodness for that.

Not happy
I bought the 4kqled 55in thinking it was gonna have great picture quality but I’m very disappointed even when I put on 8k videos it’s very pixilated. I regret this but thank you Vizio

Our VIZIO 65” Class Quantum 4K OLED HDR Smart TV lasted (M65Q6-L4) lasted us all of just over 1 year. Throughout that year, we had issues with sound quality, flickering (anytime we changed to “Vivid” or “Bright” picture settings), and the TV randomly turning off in the middle of whatever we were watching. Absolutely unacceptable. I knew we weren’t buying a top-of-the-line Sony/LG TV when we got it…but the fact that it is completely fried after just over 1 year of use? Totally unacceptable. Never purchasing a VIZIO Smart TV again. Buyers beware!

TV starts to lag after a year
I have had this TV for 5 years. It works great for the first 6 months and then gradually slows down performance so each click of the remote takes longer and longer. Then apps start to crash and restart. So if you’re in the middle of watching Netflix, expect it restart and re-cue it up from the start every 15 min eventually. Ours now restarts every 5 min. Googled it and saw other people with same issue. My recommendation is to stay away from Vizio.

Image quality unstable
Image quality will jump in and out when streaming. The image will look sharp then become pixelated. I have to exit the movie or show then start playing it again so it can gain its sharpness. I never had this issue with my Samsung. Iv been doing some research and it saying it’s my WiFi connection however again referring back to my last tv set up that I had for years, I never had the issue with my Samsung then. When it works it works great but It can be annoying having to pause a movie or show so the image quality can regain its self.

This TV is junk. Brand new. Our Internet is excellent. The tv freezes, lags, jitters, and the suggestions to fix it do not help. You can't even delete any of the millions of unneccesary apps taking up space. Avoid this at all costs.
