TV starts to lag after a year
I have had this TV for 5 years. It works great for the first 6 months and then gradually slows down performance so each click of the remote takes longer and longer. Then apps start to crash and restart. So if you’re in the middle of watching Netflix, expect it restart and re-cue it up from the start every 15 min eventually. Ours now restarts every 5 min. Googled it and saw other people with same issue. My recommendation is to stay away from Vizio.

Wrong tv was sent
I was sent a 50 in instead of a 55 in what I ordered. I opened the box and saw the wrong one was sent and called customer service. They were completely useless and rude and didn’t want to get bothered to help.

Image quality unstable
Image quality will jump in and out when streaming. The image will look sharp then become pixelated. I have to exit the movie or show then start playing it again so it can gain its sharpness. I never had this issue with my Samsung. Iv been doing some research and it saying it’s my WiFi connection however again referring back to my last tv set up that I had for years, I never had the issue with my Samsung then. When it works it works great but It can be annoying having to pause a movie or show so the image quality can regain its self.

This TV is junk. Brand new. Our Internet is excellent. The tv freezes, lags, jitters, and the suggestions to fix it do not help. You can't even delete any of the millions of unneccesary apps taking up space. Avoid this at all costs.

TV was larger than expected, did not fit on my TV stand so had to put it in the bedroom on my long dresser, wish they would have not stopped making the 60 inch, this tv is very bright if you suffer from migraines or light sensitivity maybe pick something else. you can turn down the brightness but then the picture quality is not as good. tv is too big so im not able to return. I recommend seeing it in person before buying.

Bad Production Line
We bought this TV on Wednesday 11/26 & it turned on great the first day… on Saturday night, it would flash “Vizio” really quickly, the power light would blink 15-20 times & the TV never powered on. We took it back & got another one on Sunday. And now this one is doing the same thing-came home from work on Monday, turned the TV on & “Vizio” flashes quickly, blinking power light & TV won’t power on. We‘ve had Vizio for years, so this is very disappointing!

We bought this tv in June or July and it’s absolutely the worst tv we have ever had. The picture is never clear, the remote is delayed and it’s been doing this flickering thing going between different apps.
