A: It’s not marketed as a supplement. So I would only suggest you take it when you are experiencing any of the issues it’s intended for, such as gas, bloating, abdominal pressure. But if that’s something you experience daily then I would highly recommend getting checked out by a doctor.

Worked for me
After abdominal surgery I asked for gas-x but my husband brought this home due to the ingredients and flavor. I’ve never used gas-x but I’ve now used this. I had gas pain and took this along with colax. I would say it helped and worked for me. I felt relief and the taste wasn’t too bad and definitely not as bad as portrayed by other reviewers. I would recommend this to others who care about ingredients. I can’t compare to gas-x though as I’ve never taken it.

Does NOT work - actual HONEST review
I literally have no idea what everyone is talking about. This product does not work. The ingredients are clean and that's wonderful, yes. But the ingredients don't do the job. It tastes absolutely wretched as well. I really wanted this product to work, I don't want to have to use products like Gas-X but that's what I'm stuck with as this product is a complete failure.

Really awesome that I can get a product like this without a lot of the bad stuff found in pretty much every medication. That said… it is, by no means, good tasting. Mango doesn’t taste like mango. It’s chalky, it sticks to your teeth, and it’s all around pretty unpleasant of an experience. But I guess that’s the trade off?

It's very effective

Also the package is very convenient because you could reuse it. I've tried the mando smoothie and I liked it.

Great Taste and Convenience

That makes it super convenient for me to take on the road and not have to worry about carrying water. The mango taste was delicious. After dinner last night, I had a bit of gas discomfort. I chewed two of these and felt relief within about 30-45 minutes.

Fast relief from heartburn!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the package precious but taking this has been a life saver. I had these in my car and after I had finished lunch these were put to good use since I still had the rest of my day to look forward to. The taste isn't as chalky as Tums. Here and there I would also take alka seltzer which means I would need to grab some water. These you can just pop in and are chewable and melt in your mouth.

Tasty option to beat bloat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used wonderbelly bloat and gas when I was eating foods that would generally trigger gas (beans). It seems to work just as good as others like it like beano. I enjoyed the mango flavor which is better than others I have tried and they also have a strawberry shortcake. I will continue to use and try with other foods.
