Uses helps prevent sunburn if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions spray liberally and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure hold container 4 to 6 inches away from the skin to apply do not spray directly into face. Spray into hands then apply to face. do not apply in windy conditions use in a well-ventilated area reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

    Really unpleasant, does not rub in easily

    This shoots out of the spray nozzle so sharp and comes out bright white, is impossible to rub in and just pills as you rub it. It’s also very sticky and uncomfortable.

    Crazy white cast not clear despite label

    So it does provide protection, but that’s because how thick it is. The bottle says sprays clearly but it’s literally a full coat of white. Might as well have sprayed shaving cream on. It also doesn’t spread nicely. Better off getting the lotion at this point.

    New Favorite Mineral Sunscreen

    I have tried countless mineral sunscreens looking for the perfect one. For my kiddo I always used Babyganics but gave the Target brand a try and love it. The white cast is very minimal, it spreads really nicely and doesn't leave a sticky or chalky feeling behind. Reapplying is a breeze as well. And the most important factor, my kiddo doesn't burn. Once I run through my own sunscreen I'm going to start using this myself and hopefully the hubby too. He uses chemical and I use my own mix of Coppertone Baby Mineral + a tinted sunscreen to combat the white cast. I've tried them all and this is the first I actually can honestly rave about and think might work for the whole family. Finally!

    While I do not think this sunscreen is bad, it leaves a prominent white cast. I also noticed that it leaves a residue that you can’t necessarily feel to the touch but is very noticeable when you go to watch it off. I find myself having to scrub a little harder.

    Good choice

    This sunscreen surprised me - in a good way! It sprays without clogging. It goes on white, but after 30 seconds of rubbing into the skin it turned transparent. A little goes a long way! The feeling on the skin is very minimal, it’s lightly tacky, but not sticky at all. There is no fragrance.

    Nice alternative to sunscreens w chemicals

    This SPF 50 Mineral Zinc Oxide sunscreen is a good alternative to the sunscreens that contain chemicals. It is water resistant (80 minutes). It sprays quite heavily and definitely needs to be rubbed in extremely well. It did leave a light white cask on the skin but didn't transfer onto swimsuit/towel.

    Great protection

    Just used this for a cruise we went on and love it. As a skin cancer survivor I am a big sunscreen person. And a mineral one at that. It does take a little bit more rubbing to get it all into your skin but it works great.

    Doesn't work

    I took this sunscreen on my trip to Hawaii and have never burned so badly. I always apply before going in the sun and vigorously reapply after each hour AND after going in the water. I absolutely fried using this product. Save yourself the trouble and just buy sport sunscreen. The white cast is also awful. It takes forever to rub in, and leaves you looking ghostly white. Immediately went in the trash.
