TEMPUR-Cloud® Queen Dual Cooling™ Pillow: Cotton Cover, Medium/Firm Foam Fill, Hand Washable

I had no idea if this pillow cooling concept would work, but after using it for the better part of a month, I can say it does work. Briefly, this is a foam pillow with a cooling gel layer on each side. That might imply that the gel layer stiffens the feel, but surprisingly, it doesn't. There is a cooling sensation when my head first hits a gel area, but it doesn't stay cool for long. Each time I move my head, I get a cooling feel from the gel for a bit. But, it isn't really sustainable. However, I don't feel hot if my head stays in one place. And, surprisingly enough, I feared the foam would actually feel warm or hot, but that's not the case. The foam actually immediately cradles my head as it sinks into the foam and I'm finding that to be very condusive to falling and staying asleep. I'm experiencing what feels like a lot of deep sleep episodes throughout the night. I've tried cooling pillows before, but this one feels best and appears to be a keeper. But, it's still Spring where I am, and as the Summer heat prevails in the coming months, my opinions may change.

Please read instructions- will start out little firm but roll it and or use it as a back pillow on your couch for a few weeks. Pillow is absolutely amazing - soft but firm at the same time, mind blowing. I have tried many many different pillows, and this is it ladies and gents!! It does smell odd even after a month of usage? Nor sure what I should do with that.

Glad I purchased this pillow. My heads sinks into it while still being supported. Been getting better rest since I began using this pillow. Stays cool which is wonderful.

Took some time to get used too, but it was worth every penny!

This pillow feels great! I love laying on my back and having it hit right between my shoulder blades to the top of my head and feel that cool sensation. Since I have bad arthritis in my neck, I wish it was a little bit thicker but the firmness is great and it's been working. Thank you Jesus

I’ve had a lot of Temper-Pedic pillows in the past, mostly contour pillows. I like this one even more! I was hesitant about the cooling feature, but love it. Nothing like a quality pillow!

I was excited to try out the pillow as soon as I got it and to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. Stay with me here, I was expecting something special but as soon as I laid my head down on it I realized it was pretty much a regular pillow, that is until I woke up the next morning having had the best sleep in a very long time. The pillow is absolutely perfect whether I sleep on my side or on my back, absolutely perfect! It’s not some super cushy, extra supportive design, just the most comfortable and perfect pillow I’ve ever had..

I suffer from migraines triggered by poor neck alignment while I sleep, and this pillow has genuinely been a life changer. I've bought it multiple times as I travel with it — I simply refuse to sleep on anything else. After years of use, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. The consistent support keeps my neck properly aligned every night, and the cooling feel is a bonus that helps me fall asleep faster. Something you reach for every single night and wake up grateful for is priceless. HIGHLY recommended.

Too heavy of a pillow. I use another pillow with this pillow as a bottom pillow.

works great with my tempur pedic bed, as you sink in the bed so does you head. they work great together.. If you have a tempur bed get their pillow your head and neck will thank you. I had pain in between my shoulders, nothing worked. Got these pillows and it was gone in 4 days.

Got two of these pillows because the description was “medium/firm”. They are not firm at all. Your head sink into it when you lay down. As they don’t accept returns, we are basically stuck with two pillows that don’t meet our needs. They are well made pillows but lack support for a side sleeper.

This pillow is the ABSOLUTE best! It stays cool and when I get out the bed and lay back down, it Puffs back up. It's worth every penny. Go get you one or two...or three 😊

I was hoping this would help provide a stable cushion for my head while I sleep but woke up with neck pain and headache sometimes. I tried different pillows sheets that were tighter and looser but it was still the same. The cooling feature definitely works and feels good. Wish it would have been the quality of the pillow.

Great support, but remains very thick and keeps my head too high. Unfortunately it can’t be returned fir a thinner version.

Had this pillow for months but the “off gas” of the pillow is so strong it’s unbearable to use. I tried doing what Tempurpedic told me to help get the smell out but nothing worked. It smells like chemicals that are definitely not making me feel good about what this pillow is made out of. Very unfortunate since I used to only buy tempurpedic pillows.

This pillow is not good for anyone with neck pain! Worst pillow ever. Woke up with more neck pain than before. This is not a medium firm pillow, more like and extra firm! Do not recommend!

Improved sleep and reduce pains. Already recommended this product to others. There is a strong chemical smell when first opened that seems to take a few weeks to go away

The pillows are just what we needed ! The cooling of the pillows will help us feel comfortable.

These are good quality and comfortable sheets. However the top sheet is extra big and when you roll over it gets tangled up.
