Momcozy M5 Hands-Free Wearable Electric Breast Pump Set

I have bought this pump TWICE (not by choice) each time the pump breaks???? The same way. Just no. Trust me save your money and time. This was so frustrating.

I really liked it at first but after 2 days one side will turn on, but won’t let me change the settings, and I can’t turn it off to be done, so I have to wait the full 30 minutes for it to shut off on its own

I’m not rating this based on the product itself, as it was meant to be a gift for my niece, who is expecting. I placed the order for drive-up pickup but, unfortunately, didn’t check the item at the time because I was in a rush to get home, pick up my kids, and head to the baby shower. Once I got home, I noticed the item wasn’t sealed or wrapped, which immediately raised concerns about whether it might have been previously used and returned. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find visible breast milk stains inside. It was extremely unsettling, and clearly not something I would feel comfortable gifting—especially for a first-time mom. I quickly closed the box and called my sister, who happened to be shopping at Target at the time. I asked her to purchase a new one for me, and I planned to reimburse her since I didn’t want to be late—my niece had asked me to arrive early to help set up for the shower. I returned the used item to the store right away and explained to the associate that I had received an obviously used product through drive-up pickup. I emphasized that I would never gift something like that. She told me that since it was opened, she needed to check with her manager. When she returned, she said the store could only offer an even exchange due to their return policy on opened items. I explained that I no longer needed an exchange because my sister had already bought a replacement. I requested a refund back to my original form of payment. She insisted this wasn’t allowed due to store policy. At that point, I became frustrated—clearly, I wasn’t the one who used the item, and it should never have been resold. I pointed out that staff should thoroughly check returns before putting them back on shelves, especially for sensitive items like breast pumps, and especially for pickup orders where customers don’t have a chance to inspect them beforehand. After pushing back, the associate finally agreed to process the return to my original payment method. However, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expect better quality control, particularly with items related to infant care.

this pump has great suction. I always got enough milk from using it. the downfall, though, I only used it a few times at the end of my pumping journey with my 2nd kid, and started using it at the beginning with my 3rd. one of the motors stopped working. I contacted Momcozy, since it was almost a year and no longer returnable at Target (September 2024-July 2025), but I had only actively used it approximately 3 months in that time frame. they quickly sent me a replacement, but it had a STRONG perfume smell. even afyer washing and boiling the silicone parts, they still had a strong smell and also the motor. over all, they sent me 3 replacements, but all 3 had the same smell. The one from Target did NOT smell like this at all. Momcozy did send me a full refund. I would have bought it again from Target, but I read reviews that other people also had pump mother issues. it was GREAT while it lasted 😢

I hate this pump. I was never able to breastfeed my other kids but this time, I thought I had a chance. I bought a pump thinking I could try to build up my supply. I actually think this pump is a big reason why I’m getting almost nothing now. I thought this hands free idea was a great one as I’m a busy momma. However, One side the motor isn’t as strong as the other one, I don’t feel like it’s latching on me enough… it’s just not what I’d hoped. Now I’ve gotta spend more money buying a regular electric pump before my milk is gone.

I love the concept of a wearable breast pump. But unfortunately I am finding some faults with the mom cozy. cons: *Parts wear out very quickly and is reccomended afrer 1-2 months to replace the parts but buying the extra parts is expensive as heck. it is $45 on the momcozy website for a single extra set and that does not come with the flanges. *With the parts wearing out so quickly means I do not get that good of an output until I can get new parts *the rubber flange edges seem to stretch out very quickly. *Came with the charging cord but did not include anything to plug the cord into. Very disappointing Pros: *Small and is not bulky *not loud *comfortable fit *battery life last at least 4 sessions

Warning: Avoid this product! I purchased the Momcozy product from Target Eden Prairie store and used it only once before it malfunctioned, with milk continuously flowing down and getting stuck. When I tried to return it the very next day, the store refused to accept it because it was opened. I was shocked by their response, especially given the product's poor quality. The store representative directed me to contact the manufacturer, Momcozy, but couldn't provide a phone number, instead suggesting I send an email. When I called the help desk, they looked up a number (855-322-1777), which seemed like a promotional line that would try to transfer me to an agent while playing automated offers. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both Target's customer service and the product's quality. It's frustrating to deal with the hassle of contacting the manufacturer when I've already been inconvenienced by the faulty product. Target's response, "We cannot do anything if it's faulty; you need to contact the service provider," is unacceptable. I urge others to think twice before purchasing this product or shopping at Target for similar items.

Bought this a few days post partum while waiting on my spectra from insurance in the mail. Loved it immediately and it got my supply going. The storage case it came with is very nice and has held up very well with all the traveling for my baby's medical needs. The pumps are easy to use and clean. The battery life last at least 4 pump sessions for me. I literally take them everywhere with me. I have used them for 3 months now and the power button on one of the batteries/motor stopped working. I immediately emailed the momcozy warranty email and provided details and they are replacing them without issue. I had read the reviews and saw people reporting issues with them breaking but I've used mine so much I'm not at all surprised! If they would not have replaced them, I would went and bought another set - that's how much I like this product. I also bought momcozy pumping bras and they are fantastic.

Love this pump. It has made breastfeeding so much easier this time around. With my first baby I had a wall pump and I gave up sooner than I liked. I do wish it was made to be able to bend over without spilling milk. Last night my pump fell out when putting baby back in crib and my milk spilled :( Otherwise this pump has saved my sanity with pumping.

Within 2 weeks the motor gave out. They did replace them, but had to wait a week and was more of a headache than what it was worth. Switched to the eufy e20 and they have yet to let me down.

I was loving this product, until it stopped working 2mon into using it.

Ya’ll. If you’re planning on pumping, and already have kids - just save yourself the trouble and get this. It’s convenient, portable, and effective. This has allowed me to keep up with my toddler while also pumping milk for my son from the newborn stage and beyond. Make sure you get a good pumping bra to go with it - I bought the momcozy brand one and it pairs well with this pump.

One of the rechargeable things stopped working 2 months in :(

The machine stopped working suddenly in 2 months!

I needed a pump ASAP because mine went out and I already have low milk supply. This one seemed more appealing to me than the Spectra as it gave me more freedom to move which is great when you exclusively pump. After not pumping for 12 hours on the first use it pumped out 3oz total. Today is day 3 and the suction has gotten worse pulling only 0.5 oz per session. I went from pumping every 6 hours 4 oz to pumping every 4 hours and getting 1 oz total. I have seen many YouTube videos and made many adjustments with no success. If you barely get enough milk like me save yourself the heartache and money. If you overproduce then this maybe right for you.

Not sure if it’s because my boobs are too big, but I really struggled with the size of these and fitting them into a bra. To be fair I’m not used to wearables at all and this experience just ended up hurting my nipples (flange sizing issue?) and tanking my supply. Thank goodness I stopped using this, but unfortunately I can’t return it so I’m stuck with it and scared to use it again. Also, it never seems to get clean and always looks dirty due to the materials it’s made out of (looks cloudy no matter how many times I wash it).

You offer it as a HSA/FSA approved item but don’t allow you to swipe your card to get it to go on your FSA card. (Online and in person) To top it off, it was more on sale through the manufacturers side than you side and you wouldn’t even uphold the discount. You over priced it in person verses online, but for those who don’t have the app would never know.

I’m an under supplier and since I started using this, my supply has gone up and I can feed my baby again. I love it and definitely feel empty when I’m done.
