Be careful with hot water!
This was working really well until I tried to sterilize it with hot water. The pitcher was at room temperature and I poured boiling water in it as I’ve done in the past and it cracked. Very disappointed.

Functions as intended. The only this is the opening/closing of the lid is kind of finicky. I feel that after a couple of uses, the lid doesn’t fully snap shut anymore. The lid can be hard to twist off. The plastic is a little light/flimsy and you struggle getting adequate torque on it.

The pitcher works well and functions as expected, but it is not truly 32 oz as advertised. The measurement markings only go up to 24 oz, and even when filled to the very top, it still falls a couple ounces short of 32 oz. This can be misleading, especially for those breastfeeding who rely on accurate measurements. I’m using it for formula, and realistically you can only prepare about 24 oz - once the formula is added, the volume increases and there’s no room to go higher. Just be aware if you need precise measurements.

I learned that the best way for me to get the milk evenly in bags is to pour directly into a baby bottle for measurement, then pour that into the bag so there’s no spills while trying to get the exact amount I need.

Don't Buy
If I could give zero stars, I would. I've purchased two of these pitchers, both of which have cracked and broken. The second event resulted in the loss of over 28 ounces of breastmilk. I was careful in caring for both pitchers and only hand washed/air dried. After the first pitcher breaking I contacted Willow through their customer support email address. I heard nothing back, even with follow up. Save yourself the heartache of lost milk and the overwhelming concern about your baby's exposure to glass shards. Don't buy it.
