[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] good quality rug. nice to look at. definitely elevated the space and made it cozy.I took a star off, though because the lines are uneven and that does bother me a little bit but not enough to go through the returns process. I also wish it was a bit more softer -that's the impression i got from the details and reviews but to me it feels slightly harsh, and my dog won't lie on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know how to rate this rug. We do love it as it brightens our family room, it looks modern and minimalist. But we also hate it as it sheds TERRIBLY! Our socks and clothes got all dirty from how much the rug sheds. And if you’re like us, who actually gets rugs to sit on, instead of just for your room to look good, then I must say that this isn’t a good rug for that. It feels prickly when sitting on it and especially if you’re wearing black, it will sticks all over your clothes. We ordered the widest/largest size so it’s cumbersome to return. We’ll just keep it and keep vacuuming it daily, which is so frustrating on how ridiculous it fills up our vacuum cleaner in like 10mins of vacuuming, just like some other poster posted about it before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has this rug in her living room and after looking for days for other rugs, I had to get it. Looks great. Perfect height for under my bed. Only complaint was the box was torn and partially opened when delivered.

Horrible material. Scratchy and tiny fibers ***** at you. Got rid of it.

This is the second rug I’ve bought from here and they have both smelled awful. I had to remove it from my house because my whole first floor smells like chemicals. The quality is not there. I would stay away if you are considering buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is high quality for the price and nice and thick. If you are incorporating dark brown into your home decor, I can recommend this rug. The only reason I didn't get it 5 stars is because two of the ends keep curling up even though I've repeatedly flattened them with heavy boxes. The other ends lie flat, so I'm not sure what going on with the other two that keep curling up.

Wish we would have read all the 1 star reviews. The smell will dissipate over time but the shedding and constant dust does not. I have no idea where it all comes from but can only imagine it’s disintegrating slowly. You could pull back the rug every day and vacuum and wipe down the floor and it would just come back. The worst part is we did find out that it was making our family sick. We removed it from the home for a week and felt so much better. Second guessing ourselves, we brought it back in and immediately didn’t feel good again. DO NOT BUY THIS RUG. Wish there was a way to return.

I purchased the 3x5 rug and liked it so decided I’d purchase the 10x14 size for our living room, but as soon as it came back in stock I realized the price had sky rocketed! Went from around $430 on “sale” to $700 something on “sale” for the exact same size just a few weeks later! Way too expensive for the quality of this rug. Shame on the company for increasing the price so much. I did not end up purchasing the larger size.

Rug looks great in my room. Happy it actually came in a big enough size but have had it for months now and it is still shedding like crazy. I have to vacuum everyday because it’s everywhere and still clogs my vacuum filter.
