Odd smell when the tray is heated up
I really liked these at first but as anyone noticed a strange chemical yet sweet smell? I’ve experienced the aluminum coming off as well- now I’m worried if the coating has been on our food as we had been eating it. Please do better.

Aluminum comes off
We have used this pan without issue, but today we cooked sausage in the oven with it, at 425 degrees and when we went to flip the sausages the aluminum from the pan came off and stuck to the sausages. This is an extreme concern and frankly just gross. Definitely won't buy again and I would check all your food before eating from it. We've only had the pans for less than a year.

I initially started with one of these pans because I was reading that light colored pans fair better with cookies and the crust it leaves. I wasn’t expecting it to be anything special, just something to test out, but I ended up loving it so much I got a second. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning the pan was difficult to clean or the coating started chipping but I haven’t had any issues with them at all. I did notice a bit of discoloration on the pan but nothing to compromise the use of it. Haven’t had any issues with warping and the heat distribution is great. As a beginner baker, these are great to start off with!
