Wow! These make a difference
Heavy but fast heat conducting cookie sheets make it easier to get that elusive crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside cookie. The handle is a great design addition, preventing an unwanted thumb print when pulling the pan out of the oven.

perfect cookie sheets
this was one of the smartest purchases i have made in a while. i have baking sheets that are probably 30 years old so i decided to treat myself! wow, they are perfect. easy to get in and out of the oven because the handles are easy to use. the rack was just the icing on the cake. :-)

No happy with handles on pans
I wasn't aware of how much room the handle was going to take up with these pans. Because the handle is so big I am unable to fit both pans in my oven

Love the cookie sheets, luke warm o. The cooling racks.
Nonstick is great, but cooling racks rust easily. I used the racks once...handwashed, towel dried, then airdried ovwrnight before putting away. Grabbed one tobuse it a few days later and rust had already started. I scrubbed the rust off, then seasoned with oil and heat like you might with cast iron. That seemed to solve the issue, al least for now. I feal like that shouldn't have been an issue and is a bit more maintenence than i expected.

Very solid but will stain easily.
The baking sheets feel first quality as far as weight and design. What is a letdown is how easily the baking sheets stain. Burned cheeses and oil are a bear to clean even after soaking all night. The solids finally broke loose, however, the stains remain.

Really Pro-Release!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this set to be pretty good. The cookie sheets did heat evenly, but my cookies, however, did bake faster. They also had more of a crunchy bottom, but not burned. I tried adjusting the time, but it didn't help much. I ended up using parchment paper, which helped my cookies came out a bit better. After using the set, I now understand why they call it pro-release! The cookies slide right off! My favorite thing out of this set, is the baking & cooling rack. The cookies slide on, and off! It made cleaning up easy, and it made me enjoy washing them by hand! Overall, not a bad set, and I'm sure in time my oven and I will adjust to baking with these.

My Cookies Bake Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed new baking sheets and wanted commercial grade aluminum steel. I am so glad I found not only professional grade aluminum baking sheets but with the added easy to grip handles. The handles are genius! I have burned my hands so many times getting cookies and other items from the oven. This handle, which is generous in size for small to large hands, must be used with a hot mitt. I have squashed my hands in cookies too many times which trying to grip the edge of the sheet to remove from the oven. I have tried several different types of cookies and all bake evenly on the sheets. The scratch resistant is appreciated. The fact you get a cooking and baking rack included is amazing. I have used the rack for cooling coolies but also as a rack to cook french fries. Excellent product and value.

We made pizza the other night and it kept sliding everywhere when trying to cut it. The pans are pretty heavy and good quality and the baking rack is perfect for cooling those cookies on! I especially like the extended handles on the land for easier access.

Super durable bakeware
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this bakeware set. I bake a lot and need heavy duty, dependable bakeware. This set is also convenient. The handles make getting baked goods in and out the oven really easy. I dint have to worry about messing up my dish when I’m getting it out of the oven because of the handles. The cookie sheets are also coating great because i have not had any scratches or warping after multiple uses.
