The only problem I had is that it’s a little large for my taste but that’s pretty average for a window unit. The air is ice cold and feels fresh. It’s not loud at all when plugged in either.

It's quiet, which I'm not used to, so that's a plus. It connects to wifi so you can change settings from the app,which I think is pretty cool! It does have a remote with it, too. It was easy installation and came with the foam insulation strip. The first night we ran it on fan mode and it worked amazingly well. Tonight it was 84 degrees in my town so we ran the ac mode. The room cooled on in just a few quick minutes. The bonus is that it is a quiet ac unit.
