works but difficult to clean
it's really hard to clean this unit. the bottom catch tray and the metal baking tray discolored immediately and I can't it clean. It wasn't the best purchase for our use.

Incredibly versatile machine!
What *can't* this thing do? It makes bacon, french fries, pizzas, keeps tortillas warm... just about anything you'd ordinarily microwave, you can figure out a way to cook it in this thing and it will taste way better. It can do grilled cheese, fried wings, shrimp tempura, vegemite toast, just about anything! We had ours for six years before an unfortunate household mishap involving a hyperactive feline broke the thing... and we didn't hesitate in buying a second one. Can't recommend this thing enough!

Good but…
Overall good machine. If only it had a third level option for the pan placement. Sometimes food is too close to the burners or a bit too far. Just 1 more to split the difference would be ideal.

Avoid if possible
Not a great product and will be returning. Air fryer function does not work in this unit compared to the smaller AFR-25. Fan does not seem to function at all.

Love it so much, I bought two!
I bought the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven 7-in-1 on Black Friday and I love it. It looks good when I get out to use it and it works great! I love Buffalo wings and they cook up so good and crispy. I’ve also made French fries, toast, garlic bread and lots of other things in it. I always put a piece of foil on the tray that the basket sits on just to keep it clean and so it doesn’t turn black and ugly like my previous air fryer did and I get a wet dish cloth and wipe it out after each use. I really like it so I take care of it and keep it looking like new. I was giving my sister my old air fryer toaster oven because all she had was one of the older air fryers with the slide out basket and we decided to surprise her and ordered her this Cuisinart and shipped it to her in VA. She was so surprised and happy. She’s had it for a week and has used it several times and has thanked us idk how many times. We all highly recommend it! It’s great!

Box was damaged as is the Air Fryer, top of oven has a huge dent in it, not very happy about that, now I need to bring it to store, inconvenience, driver should have noticed damaged box… I would still recommend the product, it is great!!!

Damaged box
It wasn’t put into another shipping box so the actual appliance box is torn from someone carrying it by the handles—which you should be able to do!—and it ripped! It wouldn’t matter if it was just for me but it’s a wedding gift, so I’ll have to try to tape it up the best I can! I wish they’d put all their products INSIDE a shipping box before mailing them out! If there was another one in the store I’d exchange it, but I think this was the last one🥴

Intense offgassing smell
The first time we tried using this, the offgassing smell was so intense that we took it outside to get rid of the offgassing smell. Unfortunately, after running it through 15 cycles outside, the smell was still so strong that we had to return it. It felt like a huge waste of time.

Subpar-- wouldn't buy again
We had this air fryer for maybe two years. We purchased it on sale. We used it daily. The drip pan is very hard to keep clean and we actually replaced it at one point. The temperature controls really seemed to either be OFF or hot as heck. It took some time to learn the balance of this thing. We ultimately had to get rid of it because the plug started to melt and became extremely hot. We deemed it a fire hazard and tossed it. We’ve replaced it with a different brand. I’m not sure I’d buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

Severly feature lacking
Well made... Toasts well.... but not good in every other way. Intneral light/heat turns off when you open it. But Timer keeps going when its open and not hot. Timer is vague... 12min is hard to set, goes from 10-20 need a separate digital timer Last air fryer i had (digital) remembered your last setting which was nice. Separate timer knob for toast vs everything else. Hard to pull out tray all the way to flip items, or stuff hides in the back. Overall dissapointed.
