My kids and I tried to get it this to work for 2 hours, but the ice just spun in circles. We finally figured out that it spins in the wrong direction, so the ice never makes contact with the blades. I contacted Target and they offered to exchange it. I sent it back and waited for a new one, only to be told that I can't exchange it once it has been opened and I am not eliglible for a refund. The manufacturer refused to help me since I bought it from Target. Now I am out the money and a slushy maker. I will never buy from this brand ever again.

This has come in very handy as my children love snowball/snow cones. I was able to buy some flavoring online and we make our own snowballs and top them with marshmallow fluff. Only complaint is the finer option does jam on occasion but the other 2 options work great.

I love this!!! You have three options, coarse, medium, & fine shaved ice. The locking lid is the on-off feature. I really like that it comes with a pitcher and a stirring paddle. If you're looking for a small appliance to shave ice, this is it. Works great.

We’ve only used it a couple times so far, but we are loving it! I wish it had a little more capacity for ice at one time, but other than that it’s been working well. I can even use the ice on the coarse setting for ice in tea, soda, or water. I’m ice obsessed though!
