Not good
A lot of smoke, it didn’t cook thoroughly and burned what I tried to cook. I wasted some good food using this product. I tried to clean the drip pan before returning it and it wouldn’t clean. The air fry basket is flimsy and can’t hold much weight.

Haven't used yet but...
I want to start by saying that I previously used the Insta Vortex Plus, which lasted me a few years. I had no complaints about it, until suddenly it stopped working. I decided to try this brand because I was hoping to have something that would last a bit longer. It concerns me that the warranty is only 90 days and you have to write a review to get that warranty extended to one year. This product is quite a bit larger than my Insta. It has a taller profile, which is not problematic until you read more about where you can run this. It needs about 11 inches of top clearance, and my cabinets only give a few inches. So, I had to place it above the dishwasher, which is not ideal. I've not cooked iin it yet, but the controls seem a little more difficult to use because you can't just push a button. You have to use knobs to select both the cooking method and the temperature. This is not ideal, but it is a minor inconvenience. Next, there is a red power light that will flash consistently if you leave the oven plugged in. I don't like this feature, but I guess they really want you to leave it unplugged. Also, the trays are all uncoated metal, so even though they can be placed in the dishwasher, they are a little more difficult to clean versus the nonstick in my previous product. I use the air fryer every single day, so I should quickly know whether or not this will work for me. Finally, I like that you can turn the oven light on or off manually. I'll update once I have used it for awhile.
