Portable and taste great

Great energy boost!

I love these first thing in the morning to get me ready for the day! The taste is great and not overly sweet or salty like some electrolyte drinks which is a plus. Along with taking 2 other love wellness supplements , it’s the prefect trio for my healthy routine

Better packing or sizing of the tabs please

Its ridiculous how hard it is to get the tab out of the bottle. It’s highly annoying that it takes about 5 minutes to get the tab out and then sprinkles of the product is going everywhere while I’m trying to shake and hot it out the bottle !

Mild Flavor, Calming, Refreshing Balance of Electrolytes!

The flavor was slightly fruity with a very light effervescence. I tried this shortly before bed and woke up feeling especially rested and refreshed, which is not my typical! I’ve had increased issues with dysautonomia and POTS symptoms the last three years and I’m very excited to add this into my electrolyte supplies! I prefer it mixed in really cold water.

Sooooo GOOD!

This is the best electrolyte tablet ever! No slippery taste. No sugary calories. Low in sodium. I cannot drink plain water without gagging but this has made it so easy! It has helped improve my hydration 100%. I am now able to drink the required daily amount of water for my body weight and well being. Thanks Los!

Sparkling water mix

I absolutely love this drink mix. I put one tab in sparkling water in my 26 ounce Yeti, and drink water like never before! I started with one pack per 30 days, and changed my subscription to three every 30 days after trying it for a week! I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t get sick of the flavor, and I didn’t . I actually crave the drink! It’s refreshing without tasting artificial. I highly recommend trying this if you like sparkling water.

Not my favorite

I wish these did not have alittle bit fizz to them after they dissolve. Also often leave a floating white residue that freaks my kids out! Also the flavor is not my favorite. Wont probably ever buy them again, but I like other things in my bundle!

These are really helpful. A good afternoon boost without the need for a caffeine kick. The taste is subtle but nice and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I’ve replaced afternoon coffee with these and it’s helped a lot.

Self care= daily love appropriately named

I usually purchase electrolyte infused drinks or powders to add to water for outdoor activities, my husband's lunch bag when working on warm days outdoors, labor. I take packets with me or put in bottled water for work as nurse, or yoga or exercise classes. This product tastes good, it is reasonably priced and I receive it auto-delivery. I am satisfied with the quality and taste. I used a Costco/ Kirkland product prior and I think this one compares very well, its a smaller packet and remains fresh when traveling with it too. 5 stars!
