[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pimple patch I have ever used! It adhered to my skin and was complete undetectable. I also forgot it was there. A lot of pimple patches I use sometimes can make me want to scratch the patch off but this one didn’t do that. By the end of the day when I took it off, it also complete pulled out the white head that I had. The spot where the pimple was healed beautifully. I experienced no redness or irritation, and the removal process was not painful for me at all.

For me I noticed the immediate reduced size on a pimple within a few hours , but it took 2 days for me to see the pimple completely gone. The salicylic acid in the patches really makes a difference especially when I get those big pimples. I love them! And can’t wait to repurchase!

Application is quick, but I found that they can sometimes lift if you use heavy moisturizers underneath. However, the portability is fantastic for travel, and they offer decent value since they contain salicylic acid to help clear active spots.

I’ve only ever seen one other patch brand get it quite as good as this and I’m super impressed. I like that they come in multiple sizes I always think that’s nice. 4/5 only because I would like them to work a little bit more instant instantly but they’re still one of my preferred choices

The new trend of pimple patches have actually been really useful, but I struggle with how obvious many of them look or that I can’t find the right size. PanOxyl Daytime Invisible Patches with Salicylic Acid solves both of these problems for me while also being effective against acne. First, I appreciate that one package gives me two different sizes of pimple patches to choose from: one about the diameter of a pencil eraser, and one between a dime and nickel size. Sometimes my pimples are small and sometimes I have a large cluster to cover, so I like not having to buy multiple products to choose from. Next, these patches truly are nearly invisible! I had to look really closely myself to see them on my skin, and no one was able to notice when I was wearing them unless they stared hard (and I asked!). I was shocked when after just a few hours of wear, the patch ballooned out, filled with all the white gunk it was pulling from the acne. These patches truly covered up the redness of my acne while wearing, and brought down the visibility after, shrinking it significantly and reducing pain. They were comfortable to wear, too!

Usually pimple patches fall off after a few hours for me, but these stayed ALL DAY under my makeup. I was even told it was barely visible! They have salicylic acid and work to heal spots without drawing attention to them!

They are just like other pimple patches in how they work but they are thinner in size. The box has a mix of small and large patches. No skin reaction or odor from using them.

For the value and small packaging I thought I would receive 6 patches but I was surprised to find a lot of patches in there making it worth it. Lastly the patches were fairly easy to remove needing slight force in areas without hair.

Bonus they have ingredients in them to actually help get rid of the breakout too and come in two different sizes! *try to find the pimple patch in the photo, they are that good!

First I was so impressed with has clear they are, I could barely see them through the packaging and they don’t offer a shine so the blend perfectly on the skin. They are easy to apply with two perfect sizes, not too big not too small. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t leave a residue and the pimple shrinks the next day before disappearing

I like that they have salicylic acid as that works great for my acne though they are a bit expensive, but they do work well. I leave them on for 6-8 hours and they stay put and are easy to remove too.

I can still see where they are so they aren’t super invisible. But they’re definitely better than others. So far so good they’re easy to remove and it seemed to make my pimple stop growing.
