It is a nice, heavy-duty lock, and it is easy to reset the combination. Unfortunately, the shackle is too large for the zippers on my luggage.

Good size for a regular bag.

i bought this yesterday and i got locked out band i tried pick locking nothing welkl great lock i guess

I bought it a year ago, but now I accidentally set the password with one dial in between two numbers and I’ve never gotten it back ever since. And it’s easy to pick the underneath lock.

Fortunately I did grab them, and although I didn't use it in the airport I did think to pop them on as we left the hotel. Good thing I did, everyone got their luggage ransacked EXCEPT me! I think having it locked just looked like too much trouble or they tried to no avail, but the only bags not rummaged through were mine with the master locks on them! I'm not suggesting this is common in hotels, I'm just saying it happened and I'm so glad I grabbed them!

The lock itself is also too big to be used as a conventional luggage lock and is mostly for boxes, small sheds, etc. Won’t be using it for luggage. But I’m keeping it as it seems sturdy and of high quality. You’d also need a microscope to read the instructions!! It’s not rocket science though and anyone can figure how to set it. Well, most people will.
