Good alternative for protein and fiber, especially for kids. I do wish it was a tad cheaper, like $3 a box vs $3.50 it’s currently priced at.

The pasta itself falls behind red lentil pasta for texture and taste. Other than that the noodle is a noodle nothing special in flavor or style. Variety of noodles are limited but growing. Cook time is longer than other noodles. The ingredients itself is a known issue for some. Four of our family of nine ended up with adverse GI symptoms. We have been eating this weekly for about 6 weeks. Each time one of our children felt very nauseous while eating it. Within two hours of eating dinner, those affected immediately began puking. The puking continued until they were shaking from dry heaving repeatedly. Vomitting spells lasting 1-4 hours once they start. Diarrhea accompanied some of the people affected, but chills and shakes happened to all four during and after puking. Those affected have never shown any food intolerance before. We all eat a high protein diet with typical amounts of gluten. The conclusion of the pasta being the issue came after creating a meal we eat typically with these noodles on two occasions. Both occasions lead to violent illness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I really believe there needs to be a warning of sorts. This product caused classic signs of food poisoning. Terrible experience from a less than mediocre noodle.

Simple ingredients. Extra protein. Good texture.

As a type 2 diabetic the pasta had minimal effect in my glucose. The perfect combination of high protein& high fiber adding a marinara sauce with meat. Note those having stomach 😅😅issues this a high fiber product 9g of fiber in 2oz serving people are probably eating 2 to 4 x that 18 to 32g fiber😂😂

Taste and texture are spot on! This is my go-to pasta.

Taste is great. But both times I had this, I had immediate stomach virus symptoms exactly 2 hours after. My family was fine, but there is something in this pasta that has the potential to make you actually ill.

I bought this myself, so this is just a regular review. I have tried many of the pastas with some addition of fiber or extra protein. Some are pretty good and some are awful. For me the texture is key. I do feel like regular pasta will always taste the best, but this seemed worth a shot. My expectations were pretty low when I made it, but I was pretty shocked. It has a good amount of protein and I thought it may have a bad texture or taste. This has neither. Everyone in my family liked it and they are pretty picky. I am getting more now. I wish the price was lower. That would be my only complaint. But, I think it is worth it. Especially if you struggle to get protein in your diet.

The pasta tasted good but I threw up 7 times after I eat.
