We’re sorry to hear that one of the lids did not hold a vacuum right out of the box, that’s certainly disappointing, especially given the investment in multiple sets. You may want to try a few troubleshooting steps: - Ensure the lid gasket (seal ring) is properly seated and free of food debris or packaging residue. - Check that the rim of the container is clean and completely dry before sealing. - Make sure the lid is aligned evenly and pressed down firmly before activating the vacuum. - Inspect the valve on the lid to confirm it is not obstructed and is fully closed. If the lid still does not maintain a vacuum after these steps, it may be defective and we recommend reaching out to us directly for further support.
