Smart Purchase
We used to put chili, soups, & stews in the bags & it was so difficult to keep air out & liquid from coming out when trying to vacuum out the air. Not sure how we hadn't purchased these before, but they were life savers! All of the issues we had trying to put those foods in bags has disappeared. These containers are completely worth the investment. Completely recommend them!

Disappointed
Ordered two sets for a total of six containers and lids. Right out of the box and first time using one of the lids doesn't hold a vacuum? These are not cheap and I would expect a better product.

You may want to try a few troubleshooting steps: - Ensure the lid gasket (seal ring) is properly seated and free of food debris or packaging residue. - Check that the rim of the container is clean and completely dry before sealing. - Make sure the lid is aligned evenly and pressed down firmly before activating the vacuum. - Inspect the valve on the lid to confirm it is not obstructed and is fully closed. Great Freezer containers
The containers are the perfect size for freezing foods. There are 3 different sizes to accommodate the smallest or the largest items. Being glass they are very durable.

Waste of money. None of these remain sealed.
Won’t remain sealed. Always hand washed. I replaced my older food saver container, since it would never seal properly, with these containers. These also don’t remain sealed. Yes, I’m following directions.

Doesn’t last long
Originally I was so impressed and I went out a bought 2 more sets of the Marinade and preserve containers. However, with some use, more than half of them have the green sealer knob on the lid has now detached from the lid.

Seal doesn't hold on some
Nice sizes that give you an option, however, not all containers hold their seal (from first use on). I'm not sure why this is but hope the design is either fixed or tested better before selling it.

Not pleased. Waste of money. No photos since is ab
Bought many containers. The ones with black top did not hold vacuum. After only a few times using properly the bubble would always be popped up not keeping the vacuum sealed. Waste of so much money!!! Company only willing to give small discount to buy new ones. In order to use for freezer I still vac. Before even getting to freezer bubble would pop up. Yes they were clean. I would have to use a lot of clear wrap, then aluminum foil, then place in large baggie sinc vac bags not large enough to use. So have spent big bucks. They were never put in dishwasher in that I could not find if only can be in top rack.

I love vacuum sealing everything!
I love all my FoodSaver products. My groceries and leftovers stay fresher so much longer. Items take up less space in the freezer and the fridge. I love the reusable ziplock bags, and use those when we are camping. Freeze the protiens. I can pack so much more into the cooler this way.

Great product
I have enjoyed these containers. They are so versatile and really help lower our carbon footprint. It took me a little time to get used to them but now they are so helpful. Cheeses, baked goods, and marinating meats. I would recommend these to anyone.
