Valentine's Pink Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix - 12oz - Favorite Day™

These pancakes turn out a very nice pink. I couldn't quite capture the color in my photos, but they are definitely pink. The powdered mix doesn't look pink, but the batter and pancakes do. The finished pancakes were delicious, even without the addition of toppings. But, they were also good with toppings! (We used hickory syrup and whipped cream, but there are plenty of good options.) The chocolate chips do sink to the bottom of the batter, so I tried to scoop some into each pancake instead of just pouring the batter into my little pancake griddle device. We made the whole box, and had some extra pancakes. So we put parchment paper between the "leftovers," and stacked them in a freezer-safe container. Then we froze them. A few days later, we popped the frozen pancakes into our toaster, heated them, and ... it worked! The pancakes were, again, delicious.

Grandsons didn’t care for the flavor

Yikes, I thought this would be a neutral tasting pancake with chocolate chips. It was like eating doughy pepto bismol.

They looked strange when done and were falling apart. My kid took 1 bite and said yuck! We made them with water maybe we will try milk next time.

Honey they are super delicious!🤤 I'm eating my last bites right now. They are super bright pink colored. I'm essentially eating cake but it's really good!👍

So good !!!! I’d advice to use milk instead of water and add one spoon of brown sugar
