    Good product!

    This magnesium glycolate by Mason Natural is excellent. The serving size is 2 capsules and they are extremely easy to swallow. I take this product shortly before bed and you can feel the calmess over your body as it begins to work.

    Good Magnesium Option

    I like how easy the bottle cap opens! i appreciate the easy flip lid. The capsules are easier to swallow than dry pills. I take magnesium glycinate for better sleep and for muscle recovery. Works for me!

    Gentle and Effective

    Mason Naturals Magnesium Glycinate has been very helpful for my pre-menopause symptoms, especially relaxation and sleep quality. I also love that I only need one capsule to get the same dose that required two capsules with other brands I’ve tried. It’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and works well. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep using.

    Easy to swallow

    I’ve been taking these magnesium glycinate capsules daily for a few weeks and am happy with the results. They’re easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. I take them in the evening and find they help me relax and unwind before bed. Overall, a quality supplement that I’d recommend.

    Magnesium Glycinate

    I love that this is in capsule form, making it really easy to take. It’s a serving size of 2 capsules per day, so this one bottle is good for a whole month. It’s reasonably priced and has so many positive gains of support. So far it’s going well and I don’t have any issues to report.

    Easy to take

    These Mason Natural optimum absorption magnesium glycinate with bioprene are ok. I take to capsules with food in the evenings for relaxation. These capsules are easy to swallow, easy dispensation as well.

    Work well

    These are fine. There's not a lot to say- they seem to perform as expected and deliver the intended results, so that's about all you can expect from them. They don't have any smell that some others have from time to time.

    Easy to swallow pills

    These came in a smaller pill bottle. And they don’t take up as much space which is great.The packaging is very nice and with safety in mind. The pills were very easy to swallow. They did not give me any upset stomach or any problems. I’m hoping these are effective

    Easy to swallow and helps me to calm down in the evenings and fall asleep/stay asleep. I have noticed assistance in stomach troubles while on this as well. No yucky aftertaste when taking it and it goes down smoothly.

    Great product.

    Magnesium glycinate really helps me relax, I take it before going to sleep. It helps me with a better night's sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take magnesium glycinate as part of a routine to strengthen and ultimately feel overall better.

    An easy way to support sleep, muscle relaxation, and other body processes

    The Mason Naturals Magnesium Glycinate is an easy way to make sure I'm getting enough magnesium. I like to take magnesium to support my muscle relaxation and sleep. I know that the added black pepper improves absorption, so that's great. I find them easy to swallow. And I like that it's quality tested. For me, it's an easy way to support important body processes.

    A great magnesium glycinate option

    I take magnesium glycinate daily to alleviate muscle tension in my neck and help prevent migraines. I’ve been taking magnesium for years and previously stuck with one brand. I’m glad I tried this one, though. The mg per capsule is a little higher, and I feel that it’s similarly effective. I’m glad to have another option I feel comfortable taking. The scent of pepper in this is slightly stronger but not distasteful—just worth a mention.
