    Works great

I’ve also noticed that it helps me lose some weight. I’ve been trying to get rid of some stubborn fat and this has helped a lot. I have noticed less cramping and feel more regaled. Also, it’s gentle on the stomach.

    Helps with falling and staying asleep

    Improved sleep quality

    Easy to take tablets

I was worried about the swallowing of a tablet as opposed to a encapsulated pill but this has a form of coating on it that makes it super easy to take with no issues or melting or getting stuck. The vitamin lasts all day, so there is no forgetting to take it multiple times a day. They are easy to swallow as well and you can tell they work.     Helps me sleep 💤

I take the recommended dose, sometimes 1 additional, when I hop in bed. I read for a little while then feel strong lull of sleep. I can't sleep without magnesium, and I like glycinate best for this.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay I’ve been told to take magnesium to help sleep but I put it off until I got these but they seriously did help compared to my usual melatonin. I didn’t take it everyday, just when I really needed it and I felt it work within about half an hour.
