Good but poor flavor

Horrible
Causes extreme painful gas indigestion bloating acid reflux and cramps i dont know what the heck is this product took it b4 yesterday almost went to hospital its 3 am next day my acid reflux is still terrible

Well Rested
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This magnesium comes in the form of a gummy and it's really good tasting gummy. It's not overly chewy. It's just right. The flavor is good as well. After using it for a while I did feel more relaxed and so I was definitely getting the appropriate amount of magnesium.

A beginner magnesium supplement

Took before bed like normal but I felt like the sugar in the chew caused me to take longer to fall asleep. Tastes good and convenient to chew instead of taking multiple pills. A good intro into magnesium supplements.

Not a fan of chewy texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of these is alright and doesn’t bother me, but I can’t get behind chewy candy for my daily supplements. It gets stuck in your teeth and is more hassle than it needs to be. As for effectiveness, I can’t say I saw a difference after taking them for a couple of weeks, but to be honest, I take a few different things and have a more holistic view that combines healthy habits and nutrition in addition to supplements, so I think it’s hard to say one specific thing is making a difference.

The first try was a little chalky, but I quickly grew to look forward to taking them. A nice change from pills or capsules. They have only 3 grams of sugar per serving (2 chews) and contain no artificial sweeteners. The flavor is fruity, not particularly strawberry to my palate, but chewy and enjoyable. They are individually wrapped and each bottle contains 20 servings. .

Decent option esp for a chew
