High Protein Yogurt
I don't drink it. I stir in 1 scoop protein powder with 5oz of oikos greek triple zero greek yogurt with 1 cup frozen berries and 3 tablespoons hemp seeds. This is just some of ingredients*. Love this because this is roughly 37.50 grams of protein easy. It's delicious and gives me what I need for my break fast meal. 🙂 bonus* it stretches my servings out to 34 opposed to 17...

Caused cramping
Flavor is good but digestibility is painful. I usually mix 2 scoops in with Greek yogurt in the morning for breakfast and have never had an issue until trying this particular powder. The past few days I’ve had it, I’ve been immobilized on the couch with terrible stomach cramps.

Traditional taste, fiber fill.
I’m currently on glp-1 medications and feel it is imperative to drink a protein shake with fiber to ensure that I keep things “ regular or smooth”. This does both for me. My personal favorite way to drink it is by making a decaf instant double espresso shaken in my cup with a pump or two of SF Syrup, then I add in my milk of choice (almond milk unsweetened as I added syrup) and once that is well incorporated, I add in the protein powder. Smooth, delicious and creamy. Note- there is fiber clumps if you don’t mix it well but that means there is fiber! I used to take psyllium husk separately and recognize that texture but it isn’t so intense like an entire scoop of that stuff. It is pricey but still about the same as the on-the-go shakes.

One of the best

I really enjoyed adding a bit of cinnamon and pumpkin spice to make it a breakfast replacement and was even able to mix in coffee for an added perk. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone, who is just starting out on protein powder.

Taste good

Good Tasting

I have used premixed protein shakes before, but this was my first time using a powder. I don't have a shaker bottle so I had a hard time mixing the powder, but I imagine it would've mixed better with a shaker or a blender. The flavor is good and not overpowering when mixing with other flavors (I used a banana almond milk and it worked great with the powder). I really appreciate that there's no stevia because I find stevia to have a very unpleasant taste and it seems to be in a lot of protein shakes.

I either drink it mixed only with almond milk, or I mix the recommended 2 scoops with almond milk, some fruit, and blend in my portable blender. Either way- it comes out very smooth and creamy. There is no unfavorable after taste and it is not grainy. It mixes well and tastes great. I will be buying it again!

I would recommend using a blender- I think the fiber add ins makes it coagulate a tad which takes longer to dissolve. I love having a protein powder that also incorporates fiber because I lack that in other areas of my diet. It mixes pretty well, but even in a blender bottle I still noticed some clumping of the powder so my suggestion is to mix thoroughly before adding any ice in the bottle. Great as a daily drink to start the day but I also used it as a meal supplement right before I went to the gym at noon!

The addition of the fiber is a plus because it can be hard to get the recommended fiber if one isn't already dieting for it. The resulting shake was a little frothier than I would like but it was certainly not the worst and I would buy this again.
