I didnt like it. My daughter’s skin was not being protected. She developed spots on her arms which doctors say she needs a better sunscreen.

I LOVE this sunscreen!!!!! I was so skeptical with all the promoted reviews, but this is the best face sunscreen I’ve tried at such an amazing value and I really hope they don’t stop making it! It feels like the Coola face sunscreen to me (in case you’ve tried that) in terms of consistency and how it feels to wear, but at like a quarter of the price. It feels lightweight and it doesn’t make me break out or smell like i’m going to the beach. I usually have really sensitive skin and get terrible acne all summer from the constant sunscreen, but this has been such a humongous improvement so far this year! Obviously, everyone’s face is going to react differently to this, but I think it’s worth a try. It’s my new go to and I feel like I need to stock up in case they discontinue it!

This junk gave me chemical burns and stung my face for hours, even after washing it off. It offers very little actual protection, because I have sunburn even after reapplying it every couple hours. It’s definitely not for sensitive skin.

It’s not heavy, and it does sink in very quickly, but I found it to be a bit drying for my skin type. This caused my makeup to be patchy and crepey. However, I do love that it doesn’t feel extra greasy and heavy and it doesn’t irritate my skin or eyes at all. I’ll definitely buy this again, but it will be for my weekend use when I don’t wear makeup over it.

I didn’t notice any pilling, even when layered with other products, and it doesn’t feel tacky once it sets. It wears comfortably throughout the day and feels lightweight on the skin. That said, I was surprised it’s labeled fragrance-free because it definitely smells like classic sunscreen. As far as protection goes, it feels reliable for everyday use, especially for sensitive skin and family wear.

But I was surprised that the consistency felt like a regular face lotion and wasn’t super thick or greasy. It absorbed quickly and didn’t feel sticky. I have oily combination skin and my last picture is after a few hours wear under makeup. I have my usual oily forehead breakthrough, but the makeup still held up well on top of this sunscreen. I am excited to be able and have proper sun protection even more so this summer, even under makeup. I tend to go for a more natural mineral sunscreen, and the ingredients of octisalate, homosalate, octocrylene, and avobenzone make me worry about endocrine disruption, but without more clear research and indisputable findings, I would rather be protected from skin cancer.
