[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice for a disposable undergarment product. The fell is soft, not scratchy and cheap at all. I’m a caretaker for my mom and she was happy to have a useful product to try out! They are comfortable and have good stretch. I’d say they’re discrete and not very noticeable while on. Also they’re very absorbent, lots of padding to catch any leakage. Always is a quality brand and these live up to their reputation.

Very dependable product

The material is soft, stretchy and moves with you while you sleep without having any leaks. Best of all I t doesn’t feel bulky I highly recommend this product for those heavy times of the month.

The absorbency is strong enough for moderate to heavy urine incontinence and the material stays surprisingly soft after hours of wear. Odor control is appreciated! And it does not feel bulky The only thing I would like to see is a higher waist band.

Expectations not met!

She said the underwear sticks to the skin and doesn’t provide enough coverage in the back area, which made them uncomfortable for her to wear. While they may work for some people, they didn’t meet her comfort and coverage expectations overall.

There is nothing quite so humbling as needing to get a middle of the night delivery of incontenence garments! I was so happy to have gotten these to try. The Always Discreet Maxi Protect pads are a godsend! They are made with a soft material that was easy on my surgical incision by wicking away bladder leakage. The range of fit means there is a size for everyone. The garments perform exactly as stated. I have already re-purchased a pack!

These are saving me from the embarrassment of leaks. The size assortment helps a lot due to being overweight. The bow differentiates the front from the back. They are soft, unlike many disposable briefs. The fabric is very stretchy and doesn't show under clothing.
