Mechanical step to open and slightly close when release. It slim but handle near 13 galon old one I replace with this. Performent thumup. I used this right on day recieved. Can is very deep and trash liners came in the box. Only downsize is using the brands liners I will search for a generic dupe.

The size of the trash can is perfect for our family; it's a medium-sized bin, It's very lightweight and easy to move. Despite its size, the bin is quite spacious. 25-35 liter bags are perfectly suited for this size.

The design is sleek and modern and fits into tight spaces, unfortunately it’s just 1 inch too wide for my desired spot but I found another location to put it. I like the closing mechanism, it doesn’t slam shut, instead it closes gently and slowly. The setup is super easy and the product is easy to clean, it leaves fingerprints on the stainless steel but with a simple wipe it looks clean again. I am quite happy with the product. One recommendation I have is to include handles, it’s a big item and can be tricky to lift and relocate without handles.
