ADHESIVE ALLERGY ALERT!
Do not use if you have an adhesive sensitivity! I have a severe dermatological allergy to adhesive. The hospital jumped through hoops to avoid adhesive for my second cesarean since I had a horrible reaction from my first. I was fine until I put these boy shorts on. All that work to avoid an allergic reaction was completely ruined by this product. I am back to having an itchy, burning, painful rash from my thighs and labia to my belly button in the exact shape of these shorts. So now I’m not only dealing with the pain of a major survey, but also the pain of a severe allergic reaction all while trying to take care of a newborn and toddler. Thanks FridaMom. Maybe you should actually list all of the materials used in your products so others can avoid this.

Too Small for Petites
I am petite, weighing 109 pre pregnancy, 140 into my third trimester, and significantly dropped weight after delivery. The petite & regular sizes are far too tight. Someone commented below about sobbing because they could not fit the regular with their post partum body. It compelled me to leave a review because I felt the same way. The hospital depends are far more comfortable.

Terrible rash
These gave me the worst rash I've ever had - everywhere they touched I have an angry, burning, and itchy rash that has been worse than recovering from the delivery itself. I do not recommend this product at all and warn anyone who intends to try these to wear a pair prior to delivery to make sure your skin is able to handle them. I do not have sensitive skin either.

Caused Severe Rash – Worse Than Labor Pain
Used these 2 days after giving birth and ended up with a painful rash that turned into dermatitis — right on my already sore postpartum area. If you have even slightly sensitive skin, do NOT use these. The irritation was worse than the delivery itself. Total regret.

Do not buy - HORRIBLE rash
This product gave me a horrible rash, which is the last thing you need postpartum. The fact that so many reviews state this and they haven’t pulled and fixed this product is a terrible reflection on Frida. I will no longer be buying Frida products (and I bought the entire postpartum line).

Red Hot Skin Rash from Frida Shorts
Wanted to like these. Developed a red hot skin rash from these shorts (on top of dealing with postpartum). Makes me wonder what these are made of

WORST RASH OF MY ENTIRE LIFE
I would give these negative 1 million stars if I could. These gave me the worst rash of my entire life. I had to go back to OB triage 4 days post-C-section bc we thought I was having a reaction/infected epidural site. Nope - just a severe reaction to whatever they make these underwear from. Never been so miserable - just what someone needs/wants while recovering!

Would not recommend
These gave me a terrible rash down there and super uncomfortable to deal with after birth. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I now have to schedule an appointment to get relief.

Zero stars if I could. Gave me a rash… tiny red bumps all over my belly. Unacceptable. Do better.

Gave me an allergic reaction. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and these underwear and the only new thing I started using after birth. Very uncomfortable and I would not recommend.

LOVED until the rash kicked in
These were so comfortable when switching from the loose mesh disposables from the hospital! They felt secure and loved that wide pads could fit comfortably. BUT the rash in other reviews is so real. I broke out on day three on my hips, stomach, upper thighs, and butt. I’m so bummed about that! The rash is unbelievably itchy and irritated.

Must have for postpartum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable to wear. Doesn’t hold moisture and felt good while wearing it. Didn’t have to worry about leakage and the fit was comfortable.

Buying for my 2nd birth
I bought these after having my first daughter and loved them in comparison to the hospital ones. I also tried similar brands of postpartum wear, but i prefer the high waist and stretch on these, plus as someone with a latex allergy it was one less allergy concern. I will be buying more before delivering my 2nd child in a few months !
