The containers barely fill the size of water bottles we use today. I like the 7-1 filter, much better water quality than you otherwise get from a tap. Still a great easy set up and easy way to change filters and maintain. I’d recommend it for those that aren’t ready to take on putting one under the sink.

I’ve been really impressed with the DREO reverse osmosis water filter. One of my favorite features is the capacity—it holds a good amount of water, so I’m not constantly refilling it throughout the day. The two included pitchers are a huge bonus. They fit easily in the fridge, making it simple to always have cold, filtered water ready to go. It also looks great sitting on the counter. The design is sleek and modern, so it doesn’t feel bulky or out of place in the kitchen. On top of that, it’s incredibly quiet. The taste of the water compares to no other water I’ve ever tasted I’ve had a pitcher that filtered water and I thought that tasted alright. This makes that taste like sink water now. The water from this filtered system taste like bottled water and you can taste the difference significantly however I do know with reverse osmosis. It can also filter out certain minerals and nutrients that we get through drinking water so I am not sure if I will have this water every day or use this water filtration method as often. It does look fitting on the countertop. It is small and compact. It comes with 2 pitchers so if I am hosting, I can keep refilling back-and-forth. The pitchers are hand washable, and can be stored in the refrigerator as well. I see no lime scale in my glass anymore which says a lot.

Such an upgrade form a pitcher like filter. Let’s start by saying that it is not overly bulky so it fits on top my microwave there. Second, the design is rather sleek and the interface is modern yet easy to read. Now let’s get to the cool features. The main water tank holds quite a bit of water, about 3 carafes worth of water. The handle is sturdy so you feel confident when putting it in place on the back of the machine. Next, the carafes that come with it are great, they have a little lever that tells the machine when to stop dispensing water, and that is the coolest thing, you place the carafe in its place and the DREO starts filling it automatically with filtered water. Then off to the fridge and you get a second carafe so you are not running out of water for sure, specially because you can filter more quite fast. The carafe filtrates and fills the carafe in about 5 mins. And the taste, well you have to try it because it tastes clean, no metallic taste, no funky smell, just clean water!

It produces great, clean tasting water. Better tasting than our filtered fridge water. It is super convenient. Put the included pitcher on and it auto fills till full. You can pull pitcher off while filling and it will stop immediately. No water mess. Put it back on to continue. The two pitchers are convenient for leaving in the fridge. When one is empty, refill, and put in fridge. You always have one cold pitcher available. They each have a tight lid with a spout cover that opens as you pour, keeping the water clean and fresh in the fridge. The back water storage compartment holds a lot of water. Enough for about 3 to 4 pitchers. It can be a little heavy when refilling when it is full of water but still manageable. It will tell you when it is time to empty the storage tank and refill. After doing it a few times it is easy to know when it’s getting close. I haven’t had to replace the filter yet but it seems easy enough to do.

Now I've used the Dreo for a month almost, I can see how fast it filters the water compared to aquatru and how little space it takes on my counter. Looks very well made, comes with an extra carafe.
