Even with new mop pads, this robot leaves streaks all over the floor. It doesn't leave a polished mop look- so in my eyes definitely not worth it. The quervo 2 curve mops 100 percent better for hard floors.

My first roborock brand vacuum and I do not understand all the rave reviews. The chief positive is that it can mostly handle navigating my floor plan, which is more complex in an older home, as well as performing on darker carpets. Otherwise this thing is no improvement over a low budget robot vacuum. The vacuuming itself is nothing special, the self emptying gets clogged constantly even on the most frequent setting, the mopping is basic and doesn't apply enough pressure to get a better clean, there's no alert when water or anything else is low until it abruptly quits in the middle of a scheduled cleaning, and the app UI is disorganized and lacks obvious helpful features like better alerts. I have no idea what the AI obstacle avoidance advertised means. It doesn't seem anymore capable at that than the cheapest of vacuums, and frequently does weird stuff while moving about my home. I suppose this thing helps clean more often than I'd be able to manually, but I can't help but think it's way overpriced and the features oversold. I won't be buying another roborock.

Excellent coverage and suction, smart and efficient!
I bought the Saros 20 3 months ago. It has been wonderful with handling all our pet hair and mopping as The Saros 20 is exceptionally smart, has a long battery life and cleans very efficiently. It needed a replacement part for mop module which was covered under warranty and the replacement process was seamless.

You Get What You Pay For: High Utility, Low Maintenance, and Made for High-Traffic Homes
I bought the Saros 20 vacuum in April 2026, and I had been waiting to post a review to give an objective assessment of my experience. This machine is the closest thing to a fully-automated solution that I’ve ever had. I travel a lot for work, my mother who lives with me is an amputee, I have 2 dogs that have dog door access to go in and out as they please, and I also have my sister, my niece, and a roommate all living in my home. Needless to say, there is a ton of foot traffic that happens at my house. Moreover, I have tiled floors, rugs, and carpeted bedrooms that the Saros 20 is assigned to clean daily. Today, the only actions that I have to take are to clean the sensors with a microfiber cloth every 3-4 weeks as well as clean the brush guard during that period as well. I have had to clean the tray where the dirty water from the mop cleaning system evacuates. Another maintenance item is simply refilling the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank every 3-4 days which is a task that any of my household members will take care of. Some challenges that I’ve experienced are that during the first 30-45 days, there were lots of foreign objects captured in the machine. Clearing the jam was simple enough. I found that cleaning the brush guard when I cleaned the sensors significantly reduced those occurrences. I live in Florida and I keep my house very cool which leads to condensation drips from my A/C system that get sucked into the vacuum, then mixes with the dirt being sucked into the machine which subsequently builds a caked on layer that ever so slightly reduces the vacuum’s ability to properly suck away debris. Like I said cleaning it in conjunction with the sensors takes about 10 minutes of effort every 3-4 weeks, so I’m happy with that. Another challenge was that the house’s map was reconfigured and caused the machine to have several errors. I simply had to remap the house which took all of 20 minutes and it has been operating smoothly ever since. I use the strongest suction setting with the most thorough cleaning path followed by a thorough mopping route. I have it programmed to clean about 700-800 sq. Feet of my house if I had to guess which is about the limitation of its battery life before it has to recharge. There are multiple settings to get more coverage on a single charge such as less suction power and a less through route. I’ve only had a few occasions where it didn’t complete its tasks in its entirety due to the machine having to spend more time on areas that needed more attention, which it recognizes autonomously. What I love about it. I love that it recognizes different levels of dirtiness. The machine’s sensors will recognize a specific spot needs more attention and it will go over it as many times as necessary to make the entire floor entirely clean. It is smart enough to recognize areas with a rug and without it in real time. Some days, I pick up my rugs so that it will clean the entire tile floor, and on other days, it will adjust for the rugs accordingly. If an obstacle first blocks the vacuum, it will return later to clean. It cleans all the way up to the baseboards and in corners consistently. It not only identifies obstacles, it will take a picture of it and you can see it. I’ve actually called my housemates when I’m out of town to move stuff out of its way to let it complete its cleaning schedule. Those brushes are truly anti-tangle. I had a BobSweep brand model previously that required some significant labor to untangle the brush similar to that of a traditional vacuum. I was disappointed that I could not buy an extended warranty on the device because I would like the peace of mind that the machine will last me at least 3 years to feel I got an appropriate return on investment, but I have not had any persistent issues with it either. The issues that I did have were intuitive enough to resolve on my own. Overall, the machine does the job to a very high level, it doesn’t get jammed up, its dynamic enough to clean to the needs of the specific day which leads to a consistently clean floor. It moves from tile to carpet back to tile seamlessly. It does not require constant supervision. It is easy to setup. It is easy to perform maintenance on. The app provides maintenance monitors to help keep track of when specific modules of the device needs attention. Total time spent managing the device each month including filling the clean water tank and emptying the dirty water tank is between 30 minutes to an hour. It’s the closest to fully automating sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming your house that you can get.

You wont regret it
If you go through and look at the negative reviews for this product, they aren’t even related to the product. It’s mostly people complaining that their orders were canceled. There are very few complaints about the actual product in here. Those complaints should be removed if they do not pertain to the actual product, they skew the rating for other customers who are looking to make a large purchase. Because this is not a cheap item, but it is an amazing item and I am so glad that I purchased it. And I want to come on here and give it five star review because I have had it now for three days and I love it. I have two dogs. One of them is a Bernese Mountain dog and the other is a Boston terrier mix. I could not keep up with the hair, every single day we needed to vacuum and our house smelled like dogs. So it also needed to be mopped every single day to help with that issue. This takes care of it and takes two huge tasks off my plate. It hasn’t clogged a single time on my Bernese Mountain dog’s hair. That’s in itself is a huge accomplishment, not only that, but when I was researching which Robo vacuum to get this one specifically said that it could get up thresholds. And it does just that. So my whole house is getting cleaned and my Robo vacuum is not getting stranded in any rooms due to a large threshold. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would spend the money again to get this, it has dramatically changed the chores that I have to do on a daily basis at home. That’s huge given that we’re living in a time where everyone is expected to work 45 or more hours a week. And hardly anyone is at home anymore to take care of the household needs. This has been a huge help in that regards at the very least.

ThThis is my fourth Roborock since 2020, and I love all of them. With this model, the noise level is noticeably lower even at higher suction powers. I highly recommend it!

Great upgrade
I’ve been happy with the Saros 20X so far. My old roomba used to get stuck on cords very often, but the Saros has managed to avoid them every time even though they are everywhere in my house. The mopping has been surprisingly good. My cats throw up once in a while, so I end up cleaning the floors pretty often. Since the dock washes the mop with 100°C hot water, I don’t have to scrub and wash the mop myself after cleaning up the those messes. Overall, it’s been a really nice upgrade for my home.

I’ve owned a few robot vacuums over the years, and this is the first one that I can start and pretty much forget about. What impressed me most is that it doesn’t constantly get stuck. It moves around chair legs, shoes by the door, charging cables, and other random stuff my family leaves on the floor much better than my previous robot. The vacuuming performance has been great, especially with pet hair and dust that somehow always shows up a day after cleaning. The mopping function is also surprisingly good for everyday maintenance. Setup was straightforward, the app is easy to navigate, and the self-emptying dock saves a lot of time. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but after using it for a while, I can honestly say it’s made keeping the house clean a lot easier. Highly recommend

Sarps 20S review
I received the robot last week. I've been using it several times per day. As with any appliance, it isn't exactly performing 100% but I would place it in the high 90's. The software is good compared to other appliance software and hits the most important aspects of it's operation.

As close to perfect as I think there is
Great machine. Picks up all our dog hair off our lvp floor and doesn't get jammed when self emptying. Pick up is great on low lying carpet but a robot vacuum will never be as good as a corded vacuum no matter which one. Mopping is excellent. navigation on point, schedules and routines work like a charm and Roborock finally stepped up their game for object avoidance. So far it's been perfect even avoiding cords. I have no high thresholds so I can't speak to that. But i have been running it most the day every day since I got it and it's been outstanding. The best robot vacuum I have had in all 6 years I have been purchasing and using.

I’m really disappointed that my order was canceled due to being out of stock, especially since the item was clearly available at the time I placed the order. This feels misleading. I’ve already spoken with a manager, but was told nothing could be done. I’d appreciate it if this could be escalated or if an alternative solution (such as honoring the order when restocked or offering a comparable item) could be provided.

Expensive but No Compromises
I spent months researching a new robot/mop combo. There are some really good ones starting around $500, but no matter which ones I looked at there was always some sort of compromise. Poor app, moping quality, vacuum quality, obstacle avoidance, dock maintenance, etc. This was the first one that seemed to have no drawbacks in any major area and was at least “good” if not excellent in every category I was interested in. My cleaning area is mainly LVP with low pile area rugs. It does do well on medium to medium high pile carpets but cannot comment if you have super high pile carpets. Its ability to navigate thresholds is also impressive. The dock and robot are also very easy to maintain and keep clean. If it has any drawbacks its price. Obviously the vacuum is expensive and while they last, the replaceable parts are not the most budget friendly, and Knockoff parts don’t do the job as well (like the knockoff bags leak dust and the filters don’t filter as well). Fortunately the replaceable parts hold up decently well compared to my last vacuum. I’d definitely recommend the vacuum if you can swallow the price tag. If you’re willing to compromise in an area or two, there’s comparable vacuums out there for much less.
