I like that this prenatal has methylated folate and is only 1 capsule a day. the cost is reasonable. I got tired of spending so much on a prenatal vitamin every month and was happy to find this one from Mommy's Bliss.

It does have a little taste if you don’t drink water soon enough, but it’s bearable.
