Helpful

Essential!

For anyone concerned with their digestive system this supplement along with a good probiotic (I like Kyolic Kyo Dophilus myself) is absolutely essential. it works and is very effective.

No bloating

Me and my mother-in-law both have no gallbladder. Since we started taking this prebiotics with epic probiotics, we are no longer experiencing bloating and hyperacidity. Also, no more constipation.

i hate to say this as i always have liked the products i get from swanson, but this one, not so much. it made me feel very bloated and uncomfortable. i stopped taking them.

Prebiotic Veggie Caps, 375 mg.

The only reason I give it a '4' is that I can't really tell if it's helping or not. But I do know it's not hurting. Along with the probiotic I also take, I'm thinking I'm helping my self (and gut) out. I've been using this for a while, and have found no reason to stop.

I recommend Swanson"s Prebiotic

I have used this product ( Swanson's Prebiotic ) for some time and it has helped me improve my digestion and may body functions... I will continue to use it... It may not work that way on others but one me i enjoy using it and will continue to do so...
