  • A: I agree with you. Those are made in Switzerland. You have to check the package to be sure it's made in USA. There's a huge difference between the two. Wish Target would only carry the USA one.

    They fall apart and are super thin

    These fall apart when moistened. I use mine with micellar water to remove makeup and I need to use 2-3 because they breakdown as soon as they get wet. I like the size but regular cotton balls hold up much better.

    Used to be OK but now bad quality

    I have used these to remove makeup for years. The premium version used to be great, but now they shred and are of the same quality as the regular version,. It's just another way to cheapen a product and make money.
