    Not worrh it.

    Stopped working less than a year after purchasing. Made a huge mess just trying to throw it away.

    Poor performance.

    Within a year, I have had two of these and both have broken down within six months each time. You can't take these apart to figure out what was wrong with it. I've done the proper cleaning and it still doesn't work properly so for the second time it's going in the trash. I will not purchase this again. Very disappointing that it doesn't last longer than that. The one positive note he does make a good coffee.

    Don’t buy! I bought a Keurig, and it lasted at least a year. I bought another one, and it lasted less than a month. And I replaced it yet again with Keurig, purchased it in September and it only lasted for 20 days! I’m not buying Keurig anymore

    They only last a few months.

    This is garbage, but the only one that fits our needs. We need one that's single serve and small enough to store in the cupboard when done making coffee. We have to keep buying these once or twice a year. They work great for a few months then stop. This is our fourth and need to get another one. It just stops heating the water. If there was another brand that makes single serve k-cups and can store when not using, we'd be all over it. According to the definition of insanity, it might apply to me because I keep buying them.

    where did the water go

    This is super cute and I dont mind that you have to fill every cup. The only thing I have found is that when you put water in and start the first cup the water disappears and you get no coffee. you have to fill twice for one cup of coffee.

    Won't pump water

    This is the second Keurig K-Mini that has stopped pumping water after just a few months of use. It works great when it works. And then it just doesn't.

    Bad purchase choice

    Disappointed

    Bought this as a Christmas gift for my aunt. Here we are in September and it is no longer working. The water just sits in the reservoir, even though all the lights light up, but after pushing the start button it doesn't come out. I just found out it wasn't working since at least August, so that makes about 8 months of service at one to two cups of coffee per day. It's now outside the return window. Very disappointed.

    Does not last! Would not buy again

    Very disappointed in the life of this Keurig. Purchased in January - Used for 1 cup of coffee a day & cleaned it regularly. Stopped working after 9 months. Tried to troubleshoot and empty out water lines but nothing worked. Nice color, compact size, but bad quality. 1 star.

    Disappointed: Machine Failed in Under a Year.

    Do not waste your money. I’ve had this machine for less than a year, and it already began leaking. On top of that, it constantly shows a “build-up” warning no matter how many times I cleaned it. When I contacted customer service, they weren’t helpful—rather than replacing the defective product, they only offered a 20% coupon toward another machine. I won’t be purchasing another Keurig product; they simply don’t last. I’ll be sticking with a percolator instead.
